Wonderful stay

Property is exactly as described. Owner is very prompt and easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze and the owner addresses any problems with the app very quickly and efficiently. If you are looking to experience a real neighborhood vibe that is still within walking distance to grand via and plaza mayor, this is the place to stay! Will definitely stay again on a return trip next year!

A Cozy Spot in Madrid

The property was close enough to key areas to be a comfortable stay. The shower was phenomenal, and the air conditioner worked great (something that can’t be said for every stay). I only wish that there was a broom so that I could sweep up when things that got tracked inside.

Great location

We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy apartment. It is a perfect location within walking distance from the historical center of Madrid, and there are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The host Israel is super helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions you might have. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. There are just a couple of things we'd like to mention. We did notice a slight smell, probably because it's winter and wet season, but it's nothing too major. The apartment door has low sound protection, so you can hear everything that's going on outside in the hall. Also, It would be great to have some coffee in the apartment to get you going in the early morning before you head out to the coffee shop. Overall it is a good finding for that price in the center of Madrid. Thank you, Israel for having us.

Property was okay and in a good place and Israel was very good with communication. Issues are with the mould in the apartment, there is no ventilation and so the humidity gets really bad after showering. Though there is a dehumidifier we were asked to turn on after showering it was obviously not powerful enough to properly deal with the humidity issue. There was a lot of black mould around the base of the shower and in the corners of the room. There is also a small back room that has a ceiling covered completely in mould. The room smelt way too strongly of cleaner/air refresher when we arrived and cause both my partner and I massive headaches. The location was great and overall cleanliness was good but we wouldn’t feel safe staying again due to the health concerns of the mould.

O apartamento e bem equipado e tudo.funciona bem. A cama, os lencois e travesseiros sao bons. Ha mercados e lojas por perto. E um.pouquinho cansativo ir a Plaza Mayor e Sol por ser uma subida. Mas, e muito perto do Museu Reina Sofia onde vimos o quadro Guernica de Picasso. Recomendo a acomodacao. Bom custo beneficio para Madrid.

les toilettes et la salle d eau dans la chambre !le deuxième coin nuit sous l escalier sans éclairage à proximité. un coin terrasse donnant sur une décharge :j ai pris des photos. très peu de vaisselle. les points possible :studio très propre et bien placé

L'appartement est conforme à la publicité, avez-vous regardé les photos de la salle de bain design dans la chambre, et c'est seulement une chambre à coucher, donc si vous étiez plus de personnes avec l'intention de dormir, c'est illégal. La cour n'est pas une décharge, ils font actuellement des travaux dans le bâtiment voisin. Je vous recommande, pour le bien de tous, de louer une chambre d'hôtel une autre fois.

Pequeño y acogedor, limpio, entrada y salida cómodas y buena comunicación con dueño. Bien ubicado para llegar caminando al centro en pocos minutos.
