Are you ready to begin your worry-free vacation? Our guests enjoy key less door entry and there is no time wasted checking in. We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our unit!

This gulf view condo is on the 5th floor, just high enough for great sweeping views without the loud beach and pool noises. Also worth noting is that Harbour Place is a low-rise condominium. There are fewer units, thus the beach is less crowded.

This two bedroom, two bath condo has been recently updated with new appliances, new mattresses, new floors in the living areas and is furnished with comfortable furniture. It has magnificent eastern views of the Gulf and the white sandy beaches from the balcony. The unit sleeps 5 with a very comfortable king size bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen and a twin bed in the guest room.

Exclusive Wifi is provided in the unit. Additionally, there is a television in each bedroom and smart television in the living room so you can access the major entertainment steaming services directly.

Our condo feels like home but only with better views! The unit is equipped with many necessities for your wonderful vacation. Linens are provided for all the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking.

Harbour Place is approximately three miles west of two shopping centers which includes a Rouses, Walmart Neighborhood Market and a Publix as well as numerous other shops, souvenir and beach specialty stores and many of Orange Beach’s classic restaurants. There is also a full Walmart Super Center and an emergency medical center located just northwest of the condo, about a 5-10 minute drive away.

Harbour Place is approximately six miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). An entrance to the Back-County Trail is less than a half mile away and is fun to explore on bikes or on foot. The Wharf is also less than 7 miles away from the condo.

Wonderful stay

The condo building itself is only 5 floors- which made for smaller beach crowds, fast elevator access, and an overall family feel to our trip. The property owners were very responsive and helped us any time we had a question about their condo or the area. We got there Friday afternoon and went to the beach to book chairs and an umbrella for the time we would be there- that was convenient because we didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear to the water and back again in the evening. We will book with them again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach trip.

The bed mattress was so hard. I had to sleep on the couch. The master bad.

The hall stunk so bad. You had to hold you nose walking through. That & the mattress was like trying to sleep on a rock.

Home Away From Home

This was our second time to stay in this condo. We love it so much. My husband and I went with our 5 and 3 year old sons. We felt so comfortable here. It feels like home to us all. We love being able to stay directly on the beach for such a great price. We plan to keep coming back!🥰

A wonderful experience for my whole family!

My husband and I have a 4 and 2 year old! This was our first family vacation. I chose this condo because it had excellent reviews, and the pictures online gave off a wonderful, cozy home vibe. Since this would be our first extended stay away from home with our boys, I wanted a place that would feel like we were at home so they would sleep comfortably and be at ease. And that they did! Everything was perfect! It was also an easy, brief walking distance to the beach. The boys never complained, and even had fun taking the elevator each time we left and returned. There is not one negative thing I could say about this condo, or our overall experience there. The owners are great, and we had open communication with them from before even booking, all the way through time to depart! We plan to stay there again next time we go back! Wonderful experience!!!! Perfect location, steps away from the beach

This condo is in a great location in Orange Beach. It’s close to Gulf State Park and Gulf Shores, and it’s surrounded by more low density properties, which made the beach feel less crowded. It’s still close to grocery store and restaurants to get all your necessities. The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus and a welcome relief from the hot sun. We have three kids (ages 10, 5 and 4) and it was nice to be so close to the beach. The condo has excellent storage in bedrooms and bathrooms. It was so easy to unpack our belongings and feel at home. We had all the kitchen supplies necessary to cook meals. You will need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soaps, garbage bags, etc., but most places only provide a small quantity of these items. The view is beautiful. The balcony size was slightly smaller, but it was fine since our kids are little. The best feature for us was the kids bedroom did not have an outside window so it encouraged all of them to sleep late! My husband and I were thrilled to have quiet time in the mornings! The master suite does face east so the morning sun did make it a challenge to sleep in, but we are early risers so it didn’t bother us. Great property!

Place was great for our last minute getaway before school started. Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen could use a cooking pan refresh as the only one there was on its last leg, but didn’t plan on much cooking anyway. I always find the ceiling fans in any condo to be the dirty area. Otherwise I felt this place was clean and homie, no rugs which I think is great given the sand that is carried in. Kim and Pete were kind in messages and thoughtful- I had no reason to reach out during our stay. Thank you all again for accepting my reservation, we had a great time.

We absolutely loved our time at the condo. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed to cook the whole week through. The facility was wonderful and very kid friendly. The host was super responsive and we had everything we needed before we even stepped foot on the property. One of the two elevators did keep breaking down throughout the week which made getting up to the fifth floor a little difficult. But other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Perfect in all ways!

Extremely clean, nicely furnished and as described/pictured. The owners were so prompt in responding to questions and very helpful! Great location and proximity to beach. Love that it's a low-rise with only 5 floors, as the beach area was not crowded at all. A great place to stay!

Girls’ Getaway

Arrived late and we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place. I contacted the property manager and they responded promptly and took care of the issues to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The hallways definitely need attention. Beach was a short distance which was nice and the balcony was enjoyable.

Great Spring Break Getaway!

My family and I had a great week long stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was nice having two bathrooms connecting to the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, where there are chairs and a table set up to eat a meal or just relax and listen to the ocean. There is a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, even though it's on the side of the building. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and not have to lug everything to the beach in our car. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer to keep our beach towels and swimsuits clean and dry after being in the water all day. We spent a lot of time picking up shells along the beach, which was really neat. The owners responded very quickly to any questions that we had and were nice enough to offer advice on where to get groceries, rent beach chairs, and other concerns I had about traveling to a new city. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool on days that we couldn't swim in the ocean because of rough water in the ocean. Check out was very easy, just scanning a QR code with our phone. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Great Unit, Great Spot!

The unit was very clean with and had everything we needed. The beach was close, and the pool was warm. Kim and Pete are great hosts and were very helpful. Excellent location, easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants, and Gulf State Park is across the street. Bike rental was within walking distance, we rented e-bikes and were able to ride the 28 miles of park trails in one day with lunch at the Gulf State Park Woodside restaurant, the brussels sprouts are delicious! We would definitely come back and rent this unit again.

Awesome condo in Orange Beach, AL

Condo was wonderful. The weather wasn't the best at this time of year as it was cloudy and what I would call foggy with thunderstorms at night except for our last two days. They were warm and sunny! The location was perfect for visiting various attractions in the area.

We have stayed in a few other units at Harbour Place but this has been the best! The condo has a great view, nice decor, well stocked, and clean!! The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family loves to visit the white sandy beaches and the wonderful people who live and vacation in Orange Beach. It was always our dream to own a condo on the beach and that dream has finally come true. Now, we enjoy playing in the Gulf, taking long walks on the beach, fishing, exploring the Backcountry Trail and just relaxing as a family. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the sandy white beaches right outside our door.

Why they chose this property

This is a very friendly and well maintained condo complex! It has an indoor and outdoor pool with grills on the property. Not only is this a lower density condo, but it is surrounded by other low density buildings, so the beach is not as crowded as other locations. The location is prefect too - close to all the major attractions but not in the middle of the craziness. Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach and we are always counting the days until we can return.

What makes this property unique

It is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it right down the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner as well. One of the greatest aspects is to relax on the balcony listening to the waves while capturing a view of the Gulf.
