Unit is tastefully decorated with NEW furniture and NEW mattresses, has breathtaking views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass, and has amenities for everyone to include: Wifi, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, tennis courts, Pickleball court, racquetball court, games/puzzles in the lobby.

This unit has Granite Countertops, new Stainless Steel Appliances, NEW furniture, NEW luxury bedding, tile throughout, and a walk-in tiled travertine flooring shower in master bathroom, high ceilings, tiled balcony. There is a King Bed in the master bedroom, two double/full beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a New queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a memorable beach vacation!

Check in beginning at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.

$55/car Parking Pass purchased through Vacation Rental Parking Solutions ( $65/ vehicle if purchased at the front desk), 2 car maximum. Price subject to change by the Condo Association.
