The property consists of two residential units renovated in keeping with traditional rural architecture and is ideal for families, groups of friends, and couples.<br><br>The main farmhouse features six comfortable apartments: four two-room units (2+2)—named Lilla, Viola, Mimosa, and Ciclamino—and two three-room units (4+2)—Margherita and Rosa. The old barn, which has been tastefully renovated, has been converted into two spacious four-room apartments (6+1)—Melograno and Girasole—which are particularly well-suited for large families and groups wishing to stay together in complete privacy.<br><br>The property spans approximately 6,500 square metres of green space and features a beautiful 20×8-meter swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees, oleanders, and fruit trees, with a relaxation area and hot tub—also suitable for children. Facilities include a sun deck equipped with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs; covered parking; a bocce court; a ping-pong table; and a children’s play area. Each apartment features a private gazebo furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade.<br><br>All apartments feature one or more bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a bathroom with a shower, bed linens, weekly linen changes for the bathroom and kitchen, pillows and blankets, a barbecue, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a hair dryer.<br><br>Included services include water, gas, and electricity; final cleaning; use of the pool and common areas; and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome.
