Perfect Location

So glad we chose this spot. Really close to the beach, some great bars nearby, shops that stay open till 10pm, a really nice food court about 10 mins walk and maybe 20 mins walk from a tapas restaurant that was so good I would return to Valencia just to revisit!

Lovely stay

We were very pleased our stay at the blue beach house. It's a cozy apartment that worked well for our family of four on our first visit to Valencia, within easy walking distance to the beach and bus and metro lines. Everything was in working order, and the communication with the property manager was easy and timely.

A great place to stay by the beach however if you’re looking for more or a tourist vibe I would stay closer to the city! Communication was fantastic.

Valencia at the beach

The apartment was wonderful—exactly as advertised. We loved the closeness to the beach and the neighborhood—could walk wherever we needed and public transportation was great. Dulce was great to work with. Would definitely stay again in this charming apartment!

Fabulous break

Property is in a great location for a stay in Valencia. Easy walk to the beach, local restaurants and cafes, and buses and trams into the city. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day. Dulce was available when we needed help and we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful city.

Great location close to the beach

We picked this house because of the proximity to the beach and because it had 3 bedrooms. The check-in process was very smooth and the host -Dulce was very responsive. I would recommend this for a group of friends or a family. The part of town it’s in is very quiet but it’s a quick walk to restaraunts nearby or the bus to downtown.

3 nights in Valencia with friends and family

We had a lovely time staying in Dulce apartment. She was very quick with responses and helpful with activities to do in the area. The apartment was in a really good location with walking distance to the beach and 25min transit to the centre of Valencia. The patio was a little bit smaller then what we had seen on the pictures but the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had a great time overall.

Wonderful home away from home

We loved staying here! It's such a cute place! Very comfortable beds, nice living room and kitchen. It was great having a washer and dryer to clean our clothes since we were halfway through our 2 week trip in Spain. They had an umbrella, mat, beach towels, and beach bag available for use which was great. This place is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. There's also a little grocery store a block away. The owner was so friendly and willing to work with our requests and questions. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Would not stay here again. The host Dulce was excellent but the accommodation is old and mismatched; it needs a good overhaul. €60 cleaning fee on top of the cost so factor that in.

mismatched???? Everything is matched. and of course same look as in the pictures. Even better in person bc we did an investment with a new couch (matched), a new tv, and a new kitchen. Lot of work, and effort to read this poor review... Not even mentioned a taxi driver waiting for you for 30minutes... (don't know how much money would that be for him). Making me think I shouldn't take my time and his time in the future, for trying to help guests in the future ever again.

Wonderful

Dulce communicated so well with us. A very detailed email came well in advance to our trip, which is much appreciated. She made everything so easy for us. Taxi and aquarium tickets were purchased in advance for us. There are several markets and restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation lines were also only minutes away. The unit itself was very nice. Everything was super clean, plenty of linens and towels. I would stay there again.

Great apartment near the beach

Lovely apartment 5 blocks from the beach. Nicely appointed for 5 of us. The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the stove or oven to work. That could be us not understanding how it worked but it seemed like the gas just wouldn’t light. Other than that this apartment is a great choice.

Mold and heavy dirt

After receiving keys from a gentleman, we assessed the home and found it to be not safe for the kids. Did not want to leave this place sick So I spoke with Dulce over the phone the gentleman was using to comunicate with her and I Told her that the apartment was not safe for us. I asked her to return my money. We ended up getting 2 last minute hotel rooms.

The overall place was ok, the location is abit out of the centre. The place clearly needs some repairs and sadly the host accused us of damages we did not do/ existing issues. The accusations continued via email, message and WhatsApp.. and then after explaining we did not damage the property, then proceeded to say we were being defensive. deflective and charged us. It was a very unprofessional experience..

As I said from the very best begining, I was very glad to hear you had a good time and liked the apartment. I had a question; we had realized the lamp was falling down and the courtain bar as well. I attached the pictures we had taken. I asked politely and nicely for an explanation to check and understand what had happened. Also need to repair it and don’t know how much would that cost. Then, I sent the ticket of the material (4€) + our time working on it (15€) so the total was = 19€ We had to rush because we had other guests coming in the following day, After some days without an answer then I had a defensive and rejected answer I talked to the site Vrbo and they sent me a mail saying I should take it from the damage deposit. This is something I don't really understand, when we always act and work professionalist and fast to have all things ready and perfect for the guests, and when they don't treat things as it should be, then I get a bad review... I don't really like this kind of tourism and that's why government limit us many times. Fortunatly this is only 1 guest in between many others that like and know how to travel and how to do things.

This is a decent place to stay if you want a good price near the beach but don’t expect too much. It is a cute place but seems neglected. For example, The kitchen only has 3 forks the stove is super old and a little dodgy. we had to buy hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels. The WiFi information given to us was incorrect as was most of the info on the “information sheet” left for us. The dryer didn’t work. The property manager we were told to communicate with did not speak any English. It was clean and met our basic needs but again seems a bit neglected.
