Very charming design studio, very bright and cozy, with a beautiful balcony to enjoy an aperitif. Fully equipped with: (Air conditioning), washing machine, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, hairdryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, ironing board, iron, fan, towels, bedding, fridge, heating, 42 'TV, bed with pillows Aloe Vera and memory foam mattress, (very comfortable), all brand new and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Very clean and accessible room.Shower room was very nice.Met host on arrival and was given a list of things to do.Air conditioner not to be used at night , unfortunately the outside temperature on arrival was about 38' so very hard to sleep without air conditioning. Very close to cathedral and main square, can be noisy of a night time.

Hola Steven! Alucino con tu evaluación. El apartamento está en la parte más céntrica de la ciudad, es normal que haya actividad, pero se puede dormir tranquilamente, la catedral no funciona de noche. Qué quieres estar en el punto más céntrico de la ciudad, pero sin actividad? En cuanto a lo del aire acondicionado, el apartamento tiene 35 metros, si apagas el aire y no abres las puertas, el ambiente se puede mantener frío por más de 24 horas. No importa qué temperatura haga fuera. Es importante si haces una evaluación, escribir lo real, no tu percepción que puede confundir a las personas. Porque no cuentas a las personas que os he permitido dejar las maletas horas antes del check in. Porque no cuentas que os he dejado una pequeña invitación de cerveza, Coca Cola, agua, café, mermelada, te, etc. Toallas de baño, de cara, shampoo, gel de ducha, papel higiénico, toallas desmaquilladoras, etc. Que el apartamento está al lado de todos los puntos de interés turístico en la mejor ubicación de Valencia. Que el apartamento es tal cual las fotos e incluso más bonito. Que la limpieza es excelente. Es frustrante esforzarse tanto en los detalles (Gratis) y la limpieza y decoración y que alguien como tú, escriba una evaluación con tan poco criterio.

Addition to prior review.I came to town for La Tomatina which required early meeting point. No problem from here. The Mercado and major squares are only blocks away.Beach is a bike ride or uber. Same for Science museum.O ly downside is streets are narrow and conversations echo on stone walls. Stays busy most of the night.

What a charming little studio right by Plaza de la Reina in Old Valencia. It has all the amenities needed and a cute balcony. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Emiliano was a fantastic host that took the time to explain everything and even give some recommendations! It was a perfect spot to land for a few days in Valencia.

You cannot beat this location. It is in the center of the historic district and there are wonderful restaurants all around and the Mercado Central which is a food lovers dream. There is a coffee shop with all kinds of lattes and teas right outside. The place was impeccably clean. It does have a Murphy bed but I found it comfortable. The place was perfect for me, it had everything I needed including a hairdryer and even a little balcony. The host was so nice, responsive and helpful! I will come back to Valencia and I hope to stay here again. I highly recommend.

The apartment's location is incredible. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back!! Emiliano was super helpful and communicative with us. The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. If you like old buildings that are beautifully renovated, this is your place. The apartment is a studio but it is incredibly comfortable. Just a few blocks to the Mercado Central where you can get breakfast, lunch and amazing Spanish goodies. Restaurants all over, one better than the other. Public transportation just a couple of blocks away. I used the bus to go to the Patacona beach and it was wonderful. Thank you very much! I definitely recommend Emiliano's apartment!!!

Die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum der Altstadt ist ihr Plus. Dafür ist es aber auch sehr laut bis spät in der Nacht und früh am Morgen. Die Wohnung ist sauber hat aber kaum Komfort. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und Stühle fehlen. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist sehr eng und für größere Gepäckstücke problematisch. Ein großer Nachteil ist der cholerische Ansprechpartner. Er empfing uns mit einer Schimpfkanonade, weil wir die falsche Klingel benutzt haben. Also achtet darauf die Unterste Klingel zu benutzen.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos del anuncio, antes de reservar, es tu obligación mirar bien las fotos del anuncion En la descripción está muy claro “ESTUDIO” Es un monoambiente y es tal cual las fotos, no entiendo que esperabas? En cuanto a tu llegada, en ningún momento te he faltado el respeto. Te he llamado la atención porque te has puesto a golpear la puerta de entrada con una pieza de metal que es de adorno, para eso tienes el portero eléctrico. Portero que te he dicho cuál tocar y has tocado al vecino. Las escaleras de la mayoría de edificios de esa zona son estrechas, son edificios con 150,200 y más años, pero no es problema para subir las maletas. Si vas a poner una evaluación, es importante escribir la realidad, porque de esta manera confundes a la gente. Podría decir más cosas, pero no me interesa, por suerte la mayoría de personas, aprecian el trabajo que realizo y la propiedad. Una sugerencia para tu próxima reserva, es importante leer la descripción del anuncio y las fotos.

Limpieza impecable, anfitrión muy atento. Hay aspectos de orden y cuidado que hay que seguir. Entonces, si es ideal, pero sé prolijo. A destacar realmente la ubicación del departamento, cargábamos agua para elmate y salíamos para cualquier lado pateando y llegabas al instante. La plaza de la catedral que está al lado tiene ValenbiSis. Mercado central cerca, torres, etc. Todo cerca. Mejor pagar siempre un poco más por mejor ubicación que pagarlo después en transporte y gasto de energía.La única cuestión que nos incomodó un poco puede ser que el agua caliente se va rápido para lo que estamos acostumbradas y tarda un poco en calentar nuevamente. Después todo perfecto. En caso de volver a Granada, volveríamos a alquilar en este depto 100%.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Empfang. Sehr saubere Unterkunft in super Lage mitten im Zentrum. Lediglich die Info, dass in der Wohnung kein Fisch gekocht werden soll, hätte ich mir früher gewünscht, weil ich mich genau darauf gefreut hatte. Aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Insgesamt komme ich sehr gerne wieder.

Emiliano ci tiene molto al suo alloggio, che è davvero molto bello e la posizione è a dir poco eccezionale, a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni principali di Valencia e a 1km dalle principali fermate dei mezzi che portano in altri luoghi di interesse più lontani (mare, aeroporto, città della scienza...). L'alloggio è spazioso e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Sono stata 4 notti a gennaio, col mio compagno. Lo consiglio!

Perfecte plek om de stad in te gaan je staat binnen 30 seconden op plaza Reina en loopt zo om 9 uur de Catedral binnen. Geen last van lange rijen. Goede eetgelegenheden bijna om de hoek. Kamer is met trots ingericht dus de eigenaar is ook scherp op hoe dit zo te houden. Schoenen uit om de glanzende vloer ook zo te houden. Je kunt het beste je auto parkeren onder plaza Reina en dan 50 meter lopen naar het huisje. Of met de bus naar plaza Reina.
