Excellent location, house is small but nice
The location of this property could not be better. It is within 3 minutes driving distance from Cetona which is a beautiful small town with a square with lots of restaurants (and supermarket, bakery etc). Even though the town is nearby the house is located in a very rural and quiet area. It is superb to sit outside to have breakfast, a drink etc. We even spotted foxes and deer. The swimming pool is also very nice of course. You can sit in the sun or in the shade of a large and beautiful tree.
The house itself consists of 2 floors. Downstairs is the kitchen (quite spacious), upstairs everything else. From the upper floor you walk into the garden. The bathroom and shower were tiny (almost like being in a cupboard) but was not a problem. The bedroom does not have airco but was quite cool because it is under trees. The bed was really large (1.80m). We really enjoyed our stay. One thing that could be improved is the furniture outside. There were metal chairs which were not very comfortable and a bit rusty. There were 2 sunbeds but they were a bit torn and also not the most comfortable.
