Perfect

The property is beautifully maintained & furnished & lies in the beautiful Kent countryside. It was very peaceful & an ideal spot for our walking break. The were nice touches - fresh flowers, a pint of milk & a bottle of soft drink waiting for us. The outside space is lovely with gazebo’s, outside tables, fire pit, bbq & a lovely garden area with pond & if you have children a play area & football pitch in a field further on from the garden. We would certainly return here & highly recommend the property.

Vacation in nature

When you get tired of city and you want to escape to the country side, this is the place where you want to be! Hoad Farm offered exactly what I needed to reset my body and mind. I had an amazing stay!

Lovely and comfortable stay in quiet Farm

We spent a weekend there with our 3 years old daughter. The host was really helpful and nice and we were happy to get some little presents when we arrived(wine, biscuits and fresh flowers!). The house was warm, clean, spacious and comfortable. The space around the farm is great for kids, either to walk around and greet the horses or to use the play area (including a trampoline). We would definitely recommend and go back!
