The view is great! Location is hard to beat. Check-in process very smooth. Used the recommended website for on-site parking and didn’t receive clear communication or email confirmation for the reservation but was happy to learn upon check-in that it in fact was. Room is very small, and a little dated and had to use any available space the best we could. Wasn’t too hard. Was missing some basic things such as body wash and washing detergent but a message to host was promptly enough responded to, including a bulb replacement. The kitchenette, while tight on counter space, had all the essentials to prepare some basic meals.While not traveling to the area for the room, the short stay was comfortable enough, but if staying for a longer period of time, would consider something with more room to breathe, even at the cost of such a view. Would definitely recommend particularly for solo and light traveling duos.

Great place, views and location! We enjoyed the balcony and the sliding door. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed with the kitchenette. The building is old but looks well maintained and clean. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay so much and would love to book this property next time I visit Hawaii. It has the most beautiful views and the location is perfect. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The 10th floor viewing desk was also a plus.

Excellent stay in Room 908!!! All good EXCEPT FOR too many antique furniture pieces in the apartment. An antique wood wardrobe in the bathroom impeded easy access to the toilet. Another large antique wood wardrobe next to the oversized couch took up space where luggage could have been placed. An antique wood desk next to the bed was beautiful, but not really useful because of its curved top. It seems that the owner is using the small apartment as storage for these beautiful antique furniture pieces that would be better put to use in a real home with space — NOT in a small studio apartment used as a vacation rental. In any case, one adapts to the limited space caused by this furniture. And if this apartment is available next summer, I will book it again!!!

Fantastic views

Had a great time here. The room is small as advertised but had everything we needed. The view is amazing and its steps to Waikiki beach with lots of shops and restaurants. Close to diamond head and lots of amazing beaches with in driving distance. North shore an hour away and worth the drive up. Bed comfy place was clean.

Location. Location and amazing view at a reasonable price

Compact unit in great location with awesome view at a reasonable price just a half block off a quiet area of Waikiki beach. It was great to be able to store our luggage before and after checking in and out. One issue arose but was quickly resolved in a satisfactory manner. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

This location was perfect for us! Easy beach access, easy on and off highway for our hikes and excursions. Close walking distance to everything we wanted in Waikiki. Birds signing in the morning, beautiful view, comfortable bed. We didn’t hear any noises from the bar below. We loved it!

A perfect stay! The location and view was Beautiful. The sliding doors to the lanai made the room the perfect size. No AC needed with the open light and airy outdoor living experience. The bed/mattress gave us the perfect sleep. The AC when needed was perfectly quiet unlike those in your standard hotel. The couch was a plus making it a very homey feel We had all our meals on the Lanai enjoying the view of the beach, ocean and Diamond head. We couldn't be happier, perfect accomodations, pleasant hotel staff, will definitely book again.

Close to everything - small but efficient

My wife and I love visiting Hawaii as we both grew up and met in High School there. This small but nice apartment is in a great spot. We could walk to almost everything in Waikiki. The beach is 1/2 block away. We used to get our coffee and sit on the beach almost every morning for the 2 weeks we stayed here. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 3 Day Weekend

Amazing location, beautiful views, wonderful staff. From the front desk to the maintenance everyone on the property had so much aloha. All of our needs were met with warm smiles. The room may be small, but every thing you need is at your fingertips. Breath taking views and tons of action! We will definitely recommend and hope to return.

Awesome stay

My husband and I loved this place. We especially loved are view and location. We also got to experience “Dukes on Sunday” because of our location. This place was perfect for 2. The pictures were exactly what you get. I also was very impressed with Mark the manager. He was very informative from the very beginning.
