The villa is conveniently close to essential services, with local shops just a few minutes away, and approximately 2 km from Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, known for its excellent restaurants and public bus connections. The sandy beaches of Cala di Puolo are about 5–6 km away, while the charming coves of Nerano can be reached in approximately 7–8 km.

The center of Sorrento, with Piazza Tasso, the port and the Circumvesuviana train station (providing easy access to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples), is located about 8 km away, as is the ferry port for Capri and Ischia. Driving along the scenic coastal road, Positano can be reached in approximately 19–20 km and Amalfi in about 30 km, while Naples International Airport is around 60 km away.
