Our three-bedroom plus third floor tower beach home Southern Waves is conveniently located at the front of the popular neighborhood of Seacrest Beach Community.

We offer the best of all worlds at a great value:

- Gorgeous views of the Gulf from the third floor

- A 2 minute walk to the fabulous Seacrest Beach lagoon pool

- A 5 minute walk (or a FREE and convenient shuttle ride) to the beach

- A convenient and easy walk along 30A to shopping and dining in the town centers of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach

At the end of the day, enjoy the stunning panoramic views that will take your breath away!

The home sleeps 9 very comfortably with a king sized bed, a queen, a double bed, twin bunks and a daybed with pop-up trundle.

The living area offers a large flat-screen 65 inch TV. The dining and kitchen area, open to the living room, seat 10 for mealtimes - 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen counter. The well equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious pantry closet.

A full bath serves both the living area and the downstairs bedroom. This bedroom has a private porch which leads to the back yard. It is a flexible room with twin bunk beds and a double bed, suitable for families or four children. There is also a flat screen TV.

The side kitchen door leads to gas grill, an outdoor shower and a fenced-in backyard for youngsters to play safely.

The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with king bed, luxury vinly flooring, sitting area with a large flat-screen TV, and a private porch. The master bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and tile floors, double sinks and a large tub.

The third bedroom on the same level has a queen bed and a private bath/shower. Double doors lead to a private porch. The second level also includes a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space.

The third floor is the tower room with wet bar, Keurig Coffee Maker , TV to catch your favorite sports, and daybed with pop up trundle - great for lounging during the day. If you have to do a little work while away you can sit at the desk as you look out at the gulf. There are wrap-around windows and sun decks on both east and west sides to enjoy sunrise and sunset on the gulf and the beautiful beaches of South Walton.

Everything was perfect! Our location was close to the pool, tram, shopping, and the beach. The multiple balconies were awesome. The third floor was our favorite with balconies on each side with a nice view of the gulf. We thought Seacrest was less busy than Seaside and preferred this location. Karen, our property manager, was especially helpful and accommodating to our needs. We definitely will return!

This property is perfectly located with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is just across 30A which makes it very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need for your stay. Karen, our host, was very responsive to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer any questions I had about the area and the house. We loved this house and would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and clean. Great location, we loved that we could walk to so many restaurants and shops! Highly recommend the house and host! Only negative is the beach access, it is the smallest section of a beach I’ve ever seen and it’s for a very large neighborhood. I know we were there in the craziness of Summer but still. You had to rent a chair to even get close to the water and even then we were 4 rows back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed in both Alys and Rosemary. My wife and I stayed here for an long weekend and it was just an absolute joy. Proximity to Alys beach and Rosemary was perfect. This home is spotless and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details throughout. The location couldn’t be better—easy bike rides or short walks get you just about anywhere you want to go. Our family has been visiting the Florida Panhandle to vacation for the last 25 years. We've stayed in Destin, Navarre, Perdido Key, Seagrove, Dune Allen, Old Florida and for the last 10 years in the Rosemary and Seacrest Beach communities. Our kids have grown up on the beaches of 30A and these beaches remain our favorite spot to relax, visit with family and friends and remember why we work so hard the rest of the year.

As we watch our children and now grandchildren we wanted to stay connected to all the fond memories and decided to purchase a property we could enjoy with our clan and share with families like yours. We looked at many homes, but the location of our home made the decision easy for us.

We welcome you and your family and friends to enjoy all that the beaches of 30A have to offer and there is no better feeling than a late night stroll on the beach, a bike ride up and down 30A or sneaking out for donuts and coffee in the morning to help you remember what life and living is all about.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we looked at photos in the listing and it was the first home we asked about when we got serious about buying. We looked at a number of other properties up and down 30A, but this house feels like home to us. It feels connected to all that makes the Alys, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach communities special. You are minutes from world class beaches, postcard views, great restaurants, fantastic State Parks and at the same time a world away from commutes, overloaded schedules and the daily grind.

P.S. We live in Tampa, FL home to some of the world's finest beaches including Siesta Key, Clearwater Beach, Pass-A-Grille, and Fort Desoto and Seacrest Beach is where we decided to buy a beach house. We've traveled as a family to the Yucatan, Big Sur, Greece, Spain, Costa Rica and Belize and have never found a place that feels more like home than the beaches of 30A. Even if you don't end up staying with us, give the area a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

After a day at the beach, at the pool, on the golf course, a long walk or bike ride, Southern Waves provides an oasis where you can kick back, read a book, play some board games, eat too much and sleep as late as you want (or can). Our guests always tell us they love being one lot away from 30A, but the location feels secluded as it is away from the main streets. Take coffee on the third floor and plan your day and head back up with a bottle of wine in the evening to watch the sunset and relax to the sounds of the wind and awaits.
