Beautiful neighborhood, great pool, tram stop just past the house to a gorgeous beach, a short walk or bike ride to tons of great restaurants. The house is even prettier than than pictures. Great trip!

My family enjoyed our stay here. House smelled fresh and clean from the moment we walked in. Everything and anything you need was provided down to the beach towels. Would definitely recommend this home.

I had my small bachelorette party here and it was PERFECT! Seriously, we could not have had a better time at Mike’s home, we can’t wait to come back! You HAVE to rent the bikes from the front of the neighborhood, it elevated our experience immensely!

The house is much larger than we expected and it provided completely for our needs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, which was great. The only issue we had was access to the beach. Essentially, we were not able to secure a spot because of the crowdedness, so we had to go to the public beach.

Even better than the pictures! Our family of 4 (including 2 small kids) stayed for a week and this house was perfect! Close to the pool, beach and Peddlers! Communication with Mike before and during our stay was great! House was clean and had all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great house in a great location!

This is our second time renting this house and we loved it even more this time. Perfectly cleaned, well appointed and beautiful. We love the easy walk to the pool and trams to the beach. Owner was very responsive and even came out to the house to reset the WiFi when it went out. We will definitely rent this house again when we return. Thanks Mike!
