About this property

This house is a five minute walk to the beach and shorter to pool and shops.

Your family will love this fully remodeled and beautifully decorated beach house. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful white beach, and an even shorter walk to the pool or Peddlers Pavilion which has shops, restaurants and live music almost every night. It is the perfect location with Rosemary and Alys Beach both in walking distance too. Don’t feel like walking, you can jump on a tram that drops you off at the beach access area also. This house comfortably sleeps 8, all on one level. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has full size bunk beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. . The screened in, covered back patio gives you a nice place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or store your beach gear after a fun day out. There is a large dining table and bar in the kitchen, so there is plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat.

Even better than the pictures! Our family of 4 (including 2 small kids) stayed for a week and this house was perfect! Close to the pool, beach and Peddlers! This is our second time renting this house and we loved it even more this time. Perfectly cleaned, well appointed and beautiful. We love the easy walk to the pool and trams to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vee. The rooms were very spacious with nice closets. The kitchen had everything you need — better stocked than most. We loved the privacy of the back porch and the proximity to the tram stop, pool, and shops/restaurants. Will stay again!
