Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, utility, dining room and a snug. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a rear terraced area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Please note: The property provides a cream tea and biscuits. Please note: You must inquire with the owner before bringing pet - as only small dogs are welcome. Note: Please also bring a dog basket with you. The Grove is a wonderful choice for a seaside retreat with your loved ones.
