Luxury 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with beautiful beach views and private pool. Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? A queen sleeper sofa in the living room is available to ensure there is plenty of room for everyone.

We've stayed on the Gulf Coast from Gulf Shores to Panama City and think Pensacola Beach is the best. First time visitors and love how uncrowded it was with no high density housing, made the beach very comfortable. Temp of the pool was a bit high (95) but the Gulf's temp was perfect. Great accommodation overall.

Beautiful home!

The kitchen was well stocked and super organized! Everything was all on 1 level which was great for kids. The bunk room was a big hit with my two boys and I liked the low bunk beds for the younger kiddos. The pool and back yard were beautiful! Photos posted don’t do this property justice. The furniture was very comfortable and nice! Nothing inside this house was cheap looking! Everything was very updated. You can tell the owners have taken good care of this home. It’s an easy walk to the beach but the beach entrance seems to be a popular one as there were often cars parked along the side. We were complete beach bums and spent the entire day at the beach everyday! The water was super clear! The only downfall with this house is you don’t really have much of a view of the ocean. The dunes are built up fairly high and the neighbors in front of you have put up fences, so you can mostly hear the ocean and see 2 homes, two fences and an electrical pole. But the front porch is very nice, large outdoor eating table and tall comfy chairs! We enjoyed sitting out there every night!My experience ahead of time with the property management company was less than average this go around. I won’t go into all the details, but we definitely had a couple snags with renting originally (and I booked 9 months in advanced). Thankfully we ended up with this property in the end and i am so glad!! We were repeat customers and had the best experience renting from PBH in 2020 but this go around did not feel like the same quality experience when I called to the Pensacola office. I’m hoping maybe I caught someone on a bad day a couple of times but maybe times have changed when it comes to customer service over the phone. Thankfully this property was so great, we had no issues or need to reach out to PBH while we were there!

My husband and I along with two of our good friends enjoyed every wonderful thoughtful amenity it had to offer. It rained quite a bit bit, so we were there most of our trip. There were outdoor covered areas that we hung out on and just soaked up the views. Cannot say enough great things about Paradise Beach Home’s service. They are amazing to work with! We had family gathered for a beach wedding. House was large enough for an amazing dinner after the wedding. Used the whole house. I do wish the pool had been heated but after price to rent house I couldn’t justify paying $75 per day to heat it.

We were a little disappointed in the sleeping accommodations. The rooms are small and the rooms with the bunkbeds is very small. It is not realistic or comfortable to have 4 (much less 6) kids stay in that small room. The house in general was just not comfortable for us. We were a petty of 11, 6 adults and 5 big kids. I am giving 2 stars because the house was not comfortable for my family. If you have a smaller group or younger kids, it may be good for you.

Perfect Christmas Vacation!

So happy with this property that brought family from Florida, Michigan and Pennsylvania together - well stocked for family cooking and family meals, a block from the beach for daily walks to the gulf, windows galore to let the sunshine in, plenty of places to sit and lounge, pool was sparkling clean (but oh so chilly), glorious views of sunrise and sunsets (and New Year’s Eve fireworks). Everything we needed was provided plus some. Thank you for helping make lots of really special memories.
