The main level of the home has a large gourmet kitchen, sunken dining room and over-sized living area. This level of the home also offers three-bedrooms and three-baths. There is a king suite on this level with a twin over queen bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. This bedroom offers a private bath. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and twin bunks which has a private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom on this level has a king bed and shares a bath with the living area. The top floor of the home has a large master bedroom with king bed, daybed with trundle and a queen sleeper sofa with a Gulf facing sun deck. The master bath has an over-sized shower, soaking tub, two vanities, private toilet area and small private balcony.

All the decking has been completely replaced and adds even more luxury and style to this amazing home!

The owner has also provided a ping pong table, foosball, basketball game, and cornhole! Enjoy cooking out on the gas grill too. A new pergola and outdoor living space have been added. This includes an outdoor shower as well. The home also has all new paint! Both garages are available and provide the perfect protection for your vehicles from the elements.

This home offers almost 3,000 square feet of deck space overlooking the fenced back yard and private gunite pool. Pet friendly too! You should expect to have a difficult time leaving this home at the end of your vacation!!!

We had a great time here - this is a wonderful house for a big family, bonus was all the infant items (crib, high chair) that I was not expecting to have access to. Spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. We got a golf cart which I’d say is a must! A few things do need repairing or replacing - pots pans, a broken chair, toaster, etc - but don’t want this to affect my score as we did love our time here.

Great All Ages Beach Home

Excellent home, amenities, and beach proximity. We loved the large open concept living room and kitchen space. We grilled or cooked 4 of 6 nights and with 13 people had more than enough space. The downstairs gaming / bar area was unique and cool but we never fully used it. The pool was excellent for coming in off the beach and evening hangouts. The upstairs decking wrapping around the house provided more than enough space to hang out, dry towels, etc. The grill was a tad cruddy for such a nice home but we cleaned it up and it works excellent with no functional problems. The upstairs master is interesting and would be perfect for a couple with up to 3 kids, as there is a full sized bed around the corner from the king and the sofa is a sleeper. Huge bathroom too. All other rooms are great size and having 3 rooms with on suite bathrooms is awesome for larger groups wanting their own space. The .5 bathroom is in the game room and a great option for keeping the pool folks from making a mess in the house. The outside shower is awesome and some of us showers out there easily. You won’t be disappointed.

Owner provided a brand new BBQ which we quickly christened and enjoyed all week. Rental staff very responsive to minor but important homeowner details ( Internet, extra trash pickup, light bulbs). We shared memories of our dearly missed our golden retriever, Bear who was there for the last 2 years. See you next year, hopefully with Bear II.

Plenty of space for hanging out. The outdoor TV was nice- we mostly used it to play music but it gave us lots of options. The extra fridge down by the pool was nice. A really short walk to the beach and not much longer to go to the bay side. Quiet area and the beach only had a few other families. We had a small problem with the pool but had an immediate response and it was fixed within 2 hours. It was a wonderful week!

Had we had a large group we could have had major issues with things that did not work in the home as well as the noise from the air units attached to the home when running at night. Because we knew it would be cold by having a "hot tub" listed on VRBO with the pool, we assumed there was a hot tub...there is not...they considered a "jetted" bath tub a hot tub...NOT. Property management was very professional and tried to make everything right which was greatly appreciated!

However, this house is next to a house that is undergoing considerable construction. For the month we were there, we were woken every morning around seven am by the relentless sounds of construction noise. The work continued all through the day until evening. They were not finished when we left, no idea how long it will go on for. I'd ask Paradise homes before booking what the status is on the construction work. The house itself was ok. The fenced in back yard is nice.

Famiky reunion 2018

It was my families turn to plan and we chose Pensacola Beach. We had never been here before. My scouting trips paid off and I was able to secure two houses for our group to stay at. Maldonado 1010 was our gathering place for our evening meal as it has an elevator which was needed for our group. After being at the beach during the morning and early afternoon, the pool was a hit for the little ones before supper. The outside deck was perfect for eating as a group and later turned into a great dance revolution for our little ones in our group. 10 of our group stayed here at night and it was perfect. The rental office was extremely helpful and responsive to any of our needs, absolutely loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 adults and 4 teens at Maldonado 1010 for the week. It was fabulous! The home has PLENTLY of space, inside and out! Some of the amenities of the home include: a nice pool, table tennis, foosball, basketball game, a fully equip kitchen (even with a slow cooker), a gas grill, a gas fire pit, pet friendly, nice grass, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of TV's, an extra fridge by the pool area and close proximity to the beach (5 min walk, at most). We felt like we were at our own private mini-resort! We had such a wonderful time! I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future! -And honestly, I'd probably bring more people, because there was so much space and so much to do!In addition, Pensacola Beach Home Rentals was a pure pleasure to work with. They were incredibly friendly and communicate extremely well. I found there customer service to be "top notch"!
