Single storey house in a quiet village, located south east of La Rochelle 6 km from the city center, 10 km from the Ile de Ré, A st Rogatien (nearby, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, doctor's office and shopping center U express (petrol pump, distributor, bakery, press).

DESCRIPTION: The house includes 5 rooms, open fitted kitchen with dining area for 5 people. Large room with 6-seater dining room, lounge. 3 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed, the 3 mattresses are new) 1 umbrella bed + 1 thick mattress. Bathroom: bath & shower + 2 basins, 2 cupboards, 1 separate toilet, 2 televisions: (1 living room, 1 kitchen) + internet.

GARDEN DESCRIPTION: Enclosed garden of 600 m2, secure for children. Terrace n ° 1 on the house side (garden furniture + pergola). Terrace n ° 2 garden (1 table + 6 chairs 2 ottomans, 1 large parasol). Terrace n ° 3 on the garden side (4 sun loungers, 1 parasol + shade curtain). 2 parking spaces in front of the house & in front of the garage.

APPLIANCES: Gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker with permanent filter, toaster, kettle, hair dryer.

CELLAR: Washing machine, fridge / freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, floor kit.

PACKAGE: If you are interested for 140 euros is included (The complete bed linen. Kitchen: 4 tea towels. Dishwasher tablets, washing machine, cleaning products + trash bag).

Belle Maison agréable.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, bien accueillis. Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec un trés beau jardin. Nous recommandons cette location.

Schönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage.

+ ruhige Lage am Ortsrand + mit dem Auto ca 15 min zu verschiedenen Stränden + Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt und Tankstelle im Ort + großes gepflegtes Grundstück mit Rasenfläche, Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen + Geschirr und Küchengeräte überkomplett - Bett im Einzelzimmer nur 1,80 m lang, unser 1,95 m langer Sohn war nicht ganz zufrieden - Kein Gartengrill vorhanden - Terrassenfliesen sehr empfindlich. Muss man sehr aufpassen, dass keine Flüssigkeiten oder Fette tropfen. Für Kleinkinder eher nicht geeignet(hatten wir aber keine).

Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Cadre propice à la détente avec un magnifique jardin (le plus, pouvoir cueillir de succulentes tomates, herbes fraiches, salades... dans un potager parfaitement entretenu). La maison dispose de tout le confort necessaire qui nous a fait sentir chez nous. Literie parfaite , rien ne manque dans la cuisine, en bref tout y organisé et pensé (ce qui est particulièrement appréciable c'est de ne pas avoir besoin de voyager avec les produits d'entretien, les épices, l'huile... tout y est! ) Le chat était apprécié par les enfants, très discret ! Les propriétaires sont disponibles et répondent à toutes questions. En conclusion, très jolie maison dans laquelle nous pouvons constater l'amour des hôtes pour leur maison par le soin apporté, assez minitieusement, à chaque détail. Nous recommandons cette location pour vous détendre en famille!

Fantastic base from which to explore La Rochelle

A beautiful and extremely well maintained and clean home, made an excellent base from which to explore La Rochelle and the surrounding area. Our hosts were fantastic, very accommodating, even arranged an English speaking person to greet us on arrival. Very quite location, backing onto farmland, which my 10 and 8 year old enjoyed, plus a gorgeous covered terrace to the side. The garden was very safe and large enough to play ball. Fantastic house, would recommend!

Belle maison éclairée, joliment décorée,et agréable , beau jardin sans vis à vis idéale pour prendre le soleil, les voisins sont discrets et lotissement calme.literies des chambres très confortables, (hormis le matelas du lit une place qui est a revoir.)Propriétaires disponibles. Le plus : la vaisselle et tuppeware... La maison est à environs 10- 15 minutes de la rochelle, plusieurs commerces à proximités, en voiture bien sur. A faire L'île de Ré qui est magnifique.J'oubliai nous avions le chat tout cool des proprietaires qui nous attendait le soir.

Maison lumineuse et calme proche de la Rochelle

Maison individuelle dans lotissement calme. Spacieuse, très lumineuse, parfaitement équipée (notamment la cuisine), elle est bien agencée. A l'extérieur, petit salon sympa sous la tonnelle pour prendre l'apéritif et terrasse donnant sur les champs de l'autre côté. La maison et le jardin sont propres, très bien entretenus. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et arrangeants. Nous retenons cette adresse afin d'y revenir à un moment ou à un autre.

UN AGREABLE SEJOUR DANS UNE TRES JOLIE LOCATION

Location conforme à la description, très propre et bien entretenue, à proximité des grands axes pour sillonner la région. Environnement calme, propice au repos. Tout le confort dans cette maison, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Propriétaires très sympathiques.
