Belonging to Nomad's By Sta Catarina Flats collection, 3BED Moments is a 3 bedroom apartment fully equipped and with maximum capacity for 6 people.
Occupying the 3rd floor of a recently rehabilitated building, this flat has all the amenities for short or medium term stays.
It is located in a privileged area in downtown Porto, near Rua de Santa Catarina, just 5 minutes walk from 'Bolhão' subway station.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
