Immaculately presented 3 bedroom home can accommodate up to six guests and is ideally located close to beautiful Charnwood countryside, Loughborough University and M1 motorway (J23). East Midlands Airport is 15 minutes drive away.

Furnished with lounge, kitchen/diner equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. microwave, utensils and crockery.

I asked one extra bed and payed. But the bed was broken, I claimed but talks from my side and the side of the landlady did not meet, annoying me much. She insisted that the extra fee was for extra person, but we are five less than the house capacity (6). So her talks don’t make sense me at all. Anyway, she changed her mind and fixed the bed, but a kinda bad impression still remain my mind.

This property was just right for our needs, just a 7 minute drive to loughborough university holywell parking for the graduation we were attending. Lovely quiet road with a drive way for off road parking. Towels and bedding provided, soaps, toilet rolls, the kitchen had tea towel, washing up liquid scourer provided there was also some tea, coffee and sugar handy if you had forgotten any. Harvester pub restaurant nearby. Great communication with the host.
