The quiet and well-maintained Residence Juliana holiday park is located directly beneath the dunes of Julianadorp. This is where you’ll find the charming 4-person apartment Residence Juliana 50. The view of the beautiful dunes and the short walk to Julianadorp Beach make this apartment truly unique. Residence Juliana 50 is located on the ground floor and is therefore easily accessible. In addition to Residence Juliana 50, we have many other apartments available.




The Apartment
Residence Juliana 50 features two bedrooms and accommodates four guests. When you enter the apartment, you’ll walk through the entryway into the modern and bright living room. The living room has an industrial vibe and features a spacious dining area overlooking the dunes of Julianadorp. The living room includes a cosy sitting area with a comfortable sofa and chaise longue. From the living room, you can step out onto the partially covered terrace. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, Krups coffee maker, electric kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The home has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is located immediately to your right upon entering. This stylish bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. You’ll also find an infrared sauna in this bedroom. The second bedroom is located diagonally across from the first bedroom. This bright bedroom has a bunk bed, with the bottom bunk measuring 120x200 cm. Next to the second bedroom is the modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, a large sink with a lighted mirror, and a toilet.

In addition to the amenities in the apartment, the property features a sunny terrace, and you can park your car in a private parking space.
