About this property

First floor apartment with south-facing terrace approx. 200 m to the beach

Our ground floor apartment with terrace for 4 people is located on the quiet south side of the apartment complex Beach Apartment Callantsoog, only about 100 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and a few minutes' walk from the town center. The modern, approx. 65 m² apartment was lovingly renovated from September 2011 and mostly newly furnished. Further modernizations and equipment are carried out continuously.

The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large living / dining room with kitchenette including ceramic hob and microwave.

In the cozy living area there is a flat screen TV, on which you can also receive German programs and a stereo.

A washing machine and dryer are in a common room and can be used with brands available from the caretaker.

Four chairs, a table, two deckchairs and a parasol are available for the terrace.

Von hier aus kann man vielfältige Aktivitäten starten, egal ob nach Amsterdam zu den vielen tollen Museen und hübschen Cafes, nach Texel zum Leuchtturm mit den ewigbreiten Strand, ans Ijselmeer mit den wunderhübschen kleinen Orten, nach Alkmaar zum Käsemarkt oder ins vornehme Bergen. Unser persönliches Highlight ist immer eine Radtour nach Huisduinen zum Restaurant de Storm. Wer die Landschaft in England liebt, wird die Ecke wie wir besonders mögen 🤩.
