About this property

Beautiful house, fantastic view, infinity pool, huge terrace.

Completed in 2020, this is a beautiful modern home with a beautiful view, huge terrace and infinity pool. Fibre WiFi, air conditioning in the bedrooms only, 85m2 open plan living room and kitchen. Walking, mountain biking, visiting vineyards, canoeing on the Ardèche river, local markets, great restaurants, or just simply enjoying the house. Sorry, but we don’t accept children under the age of 8 years. There is potentially problematic access for VERY low vehicles- sports cars, vehicles that have been lowered or have had skirts added etc. We have never had a guest unable to access the parking area, but wanted to mention this.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
