Séjour idéal en famille

La maison est idéalement située à proximité du centre ville. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très fraîche malgré les fortes chaleurs. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes historisches Haus, tolle Einrichtung im französischen Landhausstil, toller Pool, ruhige Lage und doch zentral gelegen. Florence ist eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Nous reviendrons certainement

Nous avons bénéficié d'un très bon accueil sur place et avons été très agréablement séduits par l'atmosphère et le design de l'appartement. Les meubles ont tellement de choses à raconter... La piscine a bien sûr fait l'unanimité auprès des enfants, tout comme la détente à l'ombre sous le grand marronnier et le calme environnant. Malgré tout, le centre-ville est très facilement accessible à pied, ce qui permet d'arrêter la voiture. L'offre de loisirs est bien sûr époustouflante et les conseils de Florence ont été parfaits. Faire du canoë sur l'Ardèche avec Alain Bateaux est certainement une recommandation. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Eine traumhafte Atmosphäre

Fantastisch! Märchenhaft! Ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie! Eine alte Schule, mit Charme und Geschmack restauriert, mit wunderbaren Antiquitäten, Fliesen, Stoffen eingerichtet und mit Liebe zum Detail und Fachkenntnis eingerichtet. Wir hatten beide Häuser gemietet, eines für die SeniorInnen (44-62), eines für die Jugend (12-28) und das war eine wunderbare Mischung, denn beide Gruppen hat ihre eigene Terrasse, eigene Liegebereiche und wir konnten auch gemeinsame Treffen veranstalten! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese schlossartige Villa jeder Familie und Gruppe ans Herz legen für einen Ferienaufenthalt mit Atmosphäre. Auch für den Alltag war alles vorhanden: Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Fön in jedem der geschmackvollen Bäder. Florence, die auch Inhaberin der wundervollen Boulangerie-Patisserie am Marktplatz ist, hat uns einen liebevollen und herzlichen Empfang bereitet! Danke für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer schönen und inspirierenden Kulisse…. Auch die Gegend bietet alles von Kanu bis Bergwandern, Schluchten erkunden, Märkte besuchen, wundervolle Lokale und Spezialitäten und mittelalterliche Ortschaften mit Ausstrahlung. Unbedingt besuchen: Labeaume, Ruoms mit Ardeche-Schlucht, Aigueze, Pont d‘Arc sowieso, und auf jeden Fall die Grotte Chauvet 2 direkt bei Vallon

Séjour parfait !

Le gite est très bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire. Il est idéalement placé en cœur de village mais au calme. Tout peut se faire à pied en 5 minutes (commerces et supemarché). Pour info la décoration est très soignée, c'est un plaisir des yeux. De vrais volets aux fenêtres permettent de bien dormir. Une piscine chauffée agréable (à partager avec l'autre gite) et deux terrasses orientées différemment pour profiter du soleil au long de la journée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et recommandons cet endroit de rêve. Nous reviendrons maintenant que nous connaissons l'adresse.

The Photos Don't Do It Justice!

This historic property within easy walking distance of the center of town is clean, private, and beautifully appointed. Stone walls, high ceilings with beams, stone and hardwood floors, large windows overlooking a spectacular mountain view, gorgeous antique furniture, modern appliances and bathrooms--the photos simply do not do it justice. And the pool--located in its own separate building, with changing facilities and showers--was simply amazing. We had a wonderful time here. Vallon Pont d'Arc is quite charming. And, it is a quick drive from several natural wonders, including the famous Pont d'Arc over the Ardeche River and numerous caves. In addition there are several other incredible medieval villages nearby, all ripe for exploring. Given the opportunity we would stay in this property again! We made lots of happy memories here.

Petit séjour en famille, 3 enfants dans le gite Florence, à deux pas du village... piscine chauffée, gite joliment décoré ! les propriétaires très sympathiques, adresse notée pour d'autres séjours. Juste génial

Le meilleur gîte que nous ayons loué jusqu'ici! Les photos reflètent totalement la maison : décoration soignée, beaucoup d'espace (idéal pour en profiter entre amis ou famille sans se sentir à l'étroit), la piscine est très grande et chauffée à 30 (le jacuzzi en revanche reste un peu frais pour certains à cette température). Un petit bémol sur les extérieurs qui sont encore en cours d'aménagement, ce n'est pas du tout gênant mais juste un peu surprenant en arrivant. La localisation est idéale: au centre du village, tout en étant au calme. Le village lui-même étant idéalement située en Ardèche. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin, tout en restant discrets. Bref, une semaine de rêve, même avec un temps mitigé: des vacances parfaites assurées.

Séjour formidable dans une maison de rêve!!!! Tout est prévu et pensé pour rendre la vie agréable et facile aux locataires. La propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillante et très disponible. La maison est grande, très bien aménagée, propre. L'extérieur est très agréable (transat, salon de jardin, barbecue). L'espace piscine est génial et appréciable tant en début de matinée qu'en fin de soirée grâce à la température élevée de l'eau. La piscine a comblé tant les adultes que les ados. La maison est idéalement localisée : près du centre ville et a proximité de nombreux lieux de randos et de visites. Cette location est idéale en famille et entre amis. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour la qualité de l'accueil et des prestations fournies aux vacanciers.

Magnifique gite de charme, idéalement situé

Nous avions le gîte d'à coté, le Préau. Très bonne semaine où tout le monde a pu apprécier la piscine intérieure, particulièrement au mois d'avril. Intérieur très bien équipé, il ne manque vraiment rien. Les pièces sont très grandes, presque toutes munies de SDB + WC, ce qui permet à chacun d'avoir son espace. Proximité du centre ville très appréciable et un très bon accueil des propriétaires. Idéalement situé pour la descente de l'Ardèche, la visite des grottes ou celle des petits villages ardéchois. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, pleine de charme !

Le cadre, la maison, la piscine, tout est parfait

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le gite l'école. Le gite est magnifique, restauré avec gout, il est très grand. Nous étions 3 couples avec 2 enfants et 2 bébés. Il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde. 4 grandes chambres, 2 vastes salles de douche, 3 WC indépendants La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Très propre et bien entretenue. Accueil avec un bouquet de fleurs sur la table et deux baguettes fraîches, ça fait plaisir. La piscine est un grand bonheur, chauffée à 31°, la pièce est également chauffée, dans un cadre magnifique. Le gite est situé en centre de vallon pont d'arc, vous pouvez tout faire a pied: course, marché, ballade, canoé... La propriétaire nous a conseillé, en arrivant, des restaurants, des visites a faire, notamment la grotte Chauvet ou il est indispensable de réserver tôt. Elle reste disponible pendant tout le séjour. Je recommanderais sans aucun doute cette location a un ami et d'ailleurs nous y retournerons quand nous irons en Ardèche!

charme, espace et confort réunis

Un accueil toujours aussi chaleureux et une volonté de faire en sorte que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Un magnifique bouquet de roses et l’excellent pain de bienvenu marque le soin que Florence et son équipe apportent au charme de cette grande et belle battisse qui cache une belle histoire. Petit réveillon a Vallon très sympathique !! Maison grande et spacieuse,agréable et propre. Les chambres étaient parfaites pour chaque famille avec chacune leur salle de bain et toilette ce qui était fort appréciable !! Séjour trop court fort agréable en famille pour Noël nous étions très bien installés. Propriétaire Très Sympa avec du pain et de la Pâtisserie au TOP. Gite restaure avec gout , tres bien equipe meme plus dans les details , propre.De plus tres bien placé dans la ville mais au calme dans la verdure.Tout se fait a pied et la voiture est en securite dans la propriete dans un lieu securise.De plus , la proprietaire est tres sympathique , disponible et tres attentionnee envers ses locataires.Une adresse a retenir.Piscine interieure et jaccuzi tres agreables.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons séjourné dans le gite le préau. Très bel endroit, décoration soignee. Idéalement placé dans le centre de vallon. Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants et nous avions chacun notre espace vu la superficie de la bâtisse. La piscine est genizl, idéal avec des petits bouts. Propriétaire accueillante, donne des renseignements sur la region. Excellent sejour.

Très beau séjour entre amis
