CAL JOLI COUNTRY HOUSE WITH GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL

We are Víctor and Juan, two brothers who have turned the house where we were born into a shared project, Cal Joli.<br><br>Cal Joli is a rustic house literally surrounded by vineyards. Located in the Alt Pendès region, the house stands out for its balance between rustic and modern styles. It’s the perfect retreat to unwind; open spaces, the warmth of a home that’s been lived in, a huge garden, and all the necessary amenities make Cal Joli the perfect rural getaway to enjoy in the midst of a stunning setting.<br><br>Ground Floor:<br>The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and spacious entryway, a very spacious bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom.<br><br>First Floor<br>On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms, a bright living room with a balcony, and a spacious marble-finished bathroom featuring two sinks, a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet, and a backrest for stretching! <br><br>All the bedrooms enjoy plenty of natural light thanks to the wooden windows overlooking the garden and vineyards. The rooms feature closets, dressers, nightstands, and a cosy comforter and pillows for a perfect night’s rest.<br><br>From the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms, there’s also direct access to the garden, which features hammocks and views of the vineyards and mountains.<br><br>During your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
