Lovely villa with a great pool and hot tub. The outside space was very well set up with many different areas for seating and sunbathing. The location was perfect with a coastal path close by which allowed easy access to restaurants and bars.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location short walk along the coastal path to the bars and restaurants, we travelled as a family of 8 plenty of space around the pool and areas to eat fabulous holiday

Honest review.Long ongoing refurbishment of hotel 50 yards from property not too intrusive but does spoil,dust noise etc, looking southwards from excellent seating area foliage outwith complex could be doing with looking after does spoil view, not wise to book in September as maintenance of complex intrudes, can’t fault villa loads of space very comfortable excellent utilities comms weren’t good with properties carer says happy to help but as water was cut off on 2 occasions there was no updates or offer of fresh water, besides all a bit of pruning and no maintenance being carried out property would be top class, recommend the jet ski hire where I witnessed flying fish within 1 foot from me unbelievable.

Thank you for your review, Alan. We’re pleased that you found the villa very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We were, however, disappointed by some of your comments. The temporary water interruptions during your stay were caused by a burst pipe within the wider community and were unfortunately completely outside our control. We were reliant on information from the community management while the repair was carried out, and Suzanne did everything she could to assist and keep you informed at the time. I also became personally involved to try to ensure you were happy and, despite the issues being outside our control, provided a £295 goodwill refund, which we understood had resolved matters satisfactorily. We are a little unclear about the reference to pruning and maintenance of the villa, particularly as you describe the property itself positively. The landscaping outside the complex is also not part of our property or something we are able to maintain. We take great pride in the villa and work extremely hard to ensure our guests have an excellent stay. We’re therefore pleased that, despite the external issues you encountered, you found the villa itself comfortable, spacious and with excellent facilities.

Amazing villa in great location

Had a fabulous 10 day stay here, spacious villa with great outdoor space and pool. Bbq area was lovely and only 15 min walk to beach and restaurants, would definitely book again.

The house was spotless. The hot tub and the pool were great.The pool and the hot tub were given extra servicings because of building work 600 yards away . This happened every week. This shows the level of service you get at this wonderful villa. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Lastly Suzanne was always helpful and made the whole holiday great. There were 9 people staying, spread over the 6weeks and we all agreed it was a superb villa to enhance our dream stay.I have already booked to return for weeks next year.

There were four of us celebrating my birthday for a week and we couldn't have asked for more. The villa is amazing and has more than everything you need.Everything is high end quality and so much space from sun loungers, seating inside and out and dinining inside and out.All the bedrooms are spacious and modern as are all the bathrooms.We had a wonderful time and communications with the owner and manager were always answered very quickly.I would really recommend this villa and we'll be back!!

Fantastic Accommodation

Such a beautiful property with stunning views and a lovely quiet but convenient location. We had a wonderful week here and the hot tub especially was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable unlike some we have had in the past and we generally just did not want to leave!

Perfect villa

A great stay. Great size space for our family of 6 adults and two kids. The bedrooms are all great sizes, and with three bathrooms all of them are looked after. The communal areas are modern and spacious with everything you could need. Good size garden and warm pool.

Staying at this property is always a joy,This being the 3rd time staying here with my family I can highly recommend it to those looking for a clean and safe place to stay whilst visiting Lanzarote.The location is ideal and close to all the amenities,All the rooms were very clean and well keptAnd the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even a complimentary welcome pack for us ie milk coffee tea ect even a bottle!Which was great.Both my children and my wife and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were both kept at the correct and comfortable temperature.We will definitely be booking again next year if it is available.The owners are very professional and are on hand should anything be needed?

Gorgeous property in Playa Blanca

This is a large delightful property with sea view. It is spotlessly clean, has a lovely warm pool and a hot tub. The garden provides plenty of space to spread around in and is not overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Will definitely return!

The perfect villa

We had a fantastic week at this stunning villa, perfectly situated within a secure, private complex. The location was ideal, with a short walk through the security gate leading directly to the promenade, which we enjoyed strolling along daily. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish, making both check-in and check-out effortless. We loved our stay so much that we're already considering a return visit soon!"
