In the heart of the island. Just 200 meters from the port, on one of the area’s most charming streets. Just a stone’s throw from Via XX Settembre: the street where people stroll among the shops and restaurants that, day and night, bring to life the hundreds of narrow, fragrant alleys surrounding it. We’re in Cala Gavetta, the harbor area, just a stone’s throw from the sea. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen, a 40-square-meter terrace, and a sitting area with a terrace overlooking the sea.
