Picturesque house in Sardinia

We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!

We’re having a great time on villa. Olivia met us at the villa and showed everything we needed. It’s about 15-20 minutes to drive to nice beach in Santa Teresa and all bigger shops. Villa located in peaceful surroundings between mountains and no neighbours around. Villa well equipped with everything you need. We’re staying in August 2025 2 family- 4 adults and 3 children and have plenty enough space for everyone. Good bonus for villa its private swimming pool. Highly recommend villa if you’re looking for peaceful and relaxing holiday.

We had a wonderful week at Olivia's villa - 8 people across 3 generations and it worked perfectly. The setting is just as described - enchanting valley with animals around, very peaceful with 5-10 min drive to Rena Majore beach. House was spotlessly clean on arrival and well equipped for a big group, kitchen had everything we needed. We could pick up some veggies and herbs from Olivia's garden for salads and bbq; kids had fun with donkeys, horse and cute dog Nono :)Host Olivia was fantastic - super quick replies, clear instructions, lots of local tips. Check-in / out easy.Bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioning kept us chill in August heat, we all slept well.Pool - kids / adults in there every day. Well maintained and clean.Really great for a big family holiday. Thanks Olivia!

Sardinia is amazing! And Olivia's place is a perfect base for exploring the northern beaches; several gorgeous beaches are within a 15-minute drive. The photos are accurate, and if anything, they undersell the niceness of the property. We stayed with two families (four adults and four kids), and the kids loved the many animals (donkeys, chickens, horse, rabbit). As others noted, the owner Olivia lives on property and is very present. She provided many helpful recommendations, including help with a boat rental (highly recommended).

I am glad that everybody enjoyed their stay. It was a pleasure having so many kids here. I take great pride and pleasure in offering my guests the possibility of enjoying this little angle of paradise, free of the care aspect. Clearly, the care of all the animals, the garden, the pool and the jacuzzi do, however, require some amount of presence. When asked, I gladly provide any information requested and make arrangements for outings, etc... Of course, I do understand the importance of privacy, for all, and go out of my way to respect this. In the last few years, I have been staying with my dog, a few miles away, in my camper, on a nearby property; for me its like a vacation. I try to go out of my way to make my guests feel welcome, asking them to please comunicate their needs, in general. You insisted I stay on the property, in my cabin, with the dog. So I did. If this inconvenienced you in any way, I am really sorry. I wish you would have comunicated more clearly; I am sure we would have found a solution. Next time..... Thanks for staying with us all in this little angle of paradise.

We had a wonderful stay with Olivia. The house was comfortable and charming and set in a beautiful surrounding garden and land with donkeys, horses, chicken, a rabbit. Olivia potters around the land and was very helpful with anything we needed. The kitchen was very well furnished for big meals. Highly recommend!

Man vermisst einfach nichts.

Das Landhaus bietet alles, was man braucht.

Sardinian paradise

Thank you, Olivia, for making us so welcome in the beautiful Gallurese countryside. The house was spacious and cool on the hottest of days and the outdoor space was fabulous - lots of shady areas to escape the sun in. The girls very much enjoyed meeting all the animals, particularly the donkeys and one particular dog! And they will never forget their special ride on your beautiful horse. We absolutely loved our time with you and the many hours we spent in the pool and sunshine.
