They were a group of business associates in town for a temporary assignment, it worked out great for them, they came and went as needed. They were not familiar with Louisville, so the close easy access to the expressway made it east to find and get around. They used the large empty garage to store their equipment , with plenty of parking for the vehicles, and a safe place for package deliveries. They left the house in good shape . Thank you for staying and come back next year!

Totally remodeled, but still has the original charm. Two floors to spread out on, bedrooms on both floors. Hardwood throughout, TV's in severals rooms. large eating kitchen for gatherings. Covered porch to enjoy the wildlife and quite yard. Bedrooms are large and cheerful, Whole house is spacious and clean.

Garage and large driveway for large vehicles or several cars, 1 acre yard to enjoy fire pit, sit outside and enjoy total privacy.
