The location of the apartment is amazing! We loved the coffee bar downstairs and it is an easy walk to the promenade, beach and bus stop to Old Town.

Amazing location. Right next to cafe, restaurant with view, movie theatre and supermarket. Right in front of the beach. Minutes to main eating area. Cheap uber to old town. Lapad more relaxed.

Brilliant service!

Fantastic location near to Sunny Beach but without lots of steps!! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and very close to bus stop for very regular buses to Dubrovnik old town. Lovely sized apartment with great sized bathroom and big balcony. We did have an issue with the hot water but they were very responsive and came the same evening to fix this!

Lovely apartment and beautiful location

Excellent apartment location and amenities. Supermarket just downstairs. The instructions from the owners were precise and we had good clarity even though we were checking in quite late. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities. I would definitely come back.

Glorious residence!

4 nights stay with my family in this apartment in May 2024. Instructions absolutely perfect to get there, key box etc. very clean and bigger than we expected. We had a few issues whilst we were there that were out of their control but they proactively dealt with these which was so great to see.

Brilliant service!

The instructions to find the keys were perfectly clear and helpful. Self check in was easy. Apartment - clean and tidy. Two large bedrooms - clean and tidy. Lounge area lovely and comfortable. Dining area nice. Very small kitchen but perfectly useable. Large balcony with sea view and lots of space to relax and dine on there. Area immediately below apartment- A small shop with most supplies needed stocked. A lovely bakery - great products and very cheap. Plus a few bars and restaurants. A small walk (maybe 5 mins) - Stoney beaches and start of coastal path and main Lapad area. Bus stop over road - buses very regularly to Gruz harbour and Old Town. €2.50 per person each way - cash only, no change given. Only negative for light sleepers is the noise from the upstairs apartment (moving chairs etc) and from the road outside with cars, motorbikes and buses. Only quiet between midnight and 5am. Otherwise this is a perfect apartment in great location for Dubrovnik

Extraordinary journey!

Apartment is located in quiet area near beach and promenade, There are some restaurants near bay and smal market on ground floor of complex, garage to this apartment is included and that is very big plus. As apartment itself is quite specious with big taras well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, decent WIFI. On arrival we recived very detaild instruction (pdf inculidng photos) how to get to the apartment . I can honestly recommend this apartment it offers good value for price. Tip. Uber brings you to Old Town for 7 euro so it is better to leave rental in garage, you can also walk there that we did two times (around 1h for kids of 5)

Vi var 5 tjejer på tur. Det var ett trevligt område, nära till Butik, restauranger och strand. Bussen till Gamla stan går rätt utanför. Perfekt för dem som vi inte orkar att bo mitt inne i centrala Dubrovnik. Vi hade en toppen vecka 🙏 Mvh Malin /co

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Très bon séjour , très bel appartement, bien équipé. 2 bémols : le WiFi n'a jamais fonctionné pendant le séjour et surtout le fait de n'avoir qu'une seule clé, qui sert également d'accès à l'ascenseur est assez gênant , on devait tous rentrer en même temps . Mais sinon séjour très agréable.

Antonio’s luxury suite is amazing. It was spotless, well maintained, very clean and has a warm homely feel. The spacious lounge, dining area, modern kitchen and huge bathroom, fully airconditioned and free wifi made our stay incredibly comfortable. Well equipped with thoughtful touches such as complimentary toiletries. One of the highlights was the large beautiful balcony over looking the Sunset Beach where we enjoyed spending our time and taking in stunning views. There are also restaurants, bars, grocery, souvenir shops and even cinema just beside the building. Lapad is centrally located just 10-15 minutes away to Dubrovnik old town, by bus or even quicker by taxi.

Special place!

We really enjoyed our stay here☀️ Our check-in was easy, the location is great (3–5 minutes to the beach), cafes, restaurants, supermarket, shops are nearby. We really liked a huge balcony with the side seaview. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is small but very well-organized with everything you may need. Ďakujeme za skvelý pobyt. Odporúčame a určite sa ešte niekedy vrátime.

Veľky apartmán s veľkou terasou plne zariadenou ( stôl, stoličky, lehatko ) s výhľadom na more a asi 100m od krasnej kamenistej pláže. Apartmán mal všetko zariadenie ( vysávač, pračku, kuchynské potreby ). Nachádzal sa v komplexe kde bolo aj kino na prízemi a potraviny. Krásne okolie. Ubytovateľ bol neustále na telefóne a na každú otázku nám ihneď odpovedal. Boli sme s dvoma malými deťmi (4 a 2 ročné) a bolo to ideálne aj pre nich. Hneď pri ubytovaní je zastávka autobusu, ktorý chodi priamo do starého mesta. Veľmi dobra doprava a veľa autobusov, ktoré často chodili aj mimo sezónu.
