A parte piccoli inconvenienti sempre risolti con celerità, ho trovato un gestore cordiale (Roberto) e la posizione conveniente sia per escursioni fuori paese sia per bagni fatti lungo la costa. L'appartamento e' molto vicino al mare quindi, volendo, si può andare a fare il bagno facendo pochi passi. Notevole la convenienza di avere di fronte un supermercato dove si può trovare tutto quanto può servire per il soggiorno

Grazie! E' proprio così logisticamente l'appartamento è situato benissimo. In un raggio di 100 metri troverete ( Ristoranti, pizzerie, BAR, supermercato, pista ciclabile, piazza con i giochi per bambini, chiesetta della Madonna Stella del Mare e il bellissimo limpido mare di TORRE SUDA).

Roberto il proprietario è una persona molto gentile , e molto attento ai particolari, la nostra permanenza nella sua casa ottima , x noi è una chicca nel Salento, conoscevo già la Puglia ma volevo farla conoscere a mio marito e lui è molto contento di questa esperienza , appartamento è piccolo ma c'è tutto il necessario x una copia , la gente è molto gentile e ospitale, ringrazio anche Filippo.il fratello di Roberto che ha risolto maniera impeccabile un problema, consiglio sia x una famiglia sia x una coppia che vuole evadere dalla monotonia e il.romamticismo.che ci da i magnifici luoghi e tramonti sul mare grazie di tutto Patty e Maury

“The box”

Nonostante la gentilezza del signor Roberto abbiamo avuto un primo disguido con l’orario del check-in, avvenuto alle 16:30 anziché alle 15:00. Sarebbe stato utile un messaggio di comunicazione da parte del proprietario per migliorare anche la nostra organizzazione ed evitare l’attesa. L’alloggio è ricavato da un garage seminterrato di una villetta, cosa che a mio parere dovrebbe essere più chiara nell’annuncio. Non ci sono finestre ma solo piccole feritoie, le pareti sono di cartongesso con qualche problema di umidità che sfarinava il materiale; cosa che, unita all’utilizzo dell’aria condizionata, minava la vivibilità dell’ambiente a causa della diffusione di questa polvere. Ci sarebbe stato bisogno di più suppellettili casalinghe e qualche mobile in più. In definitiva una soluzione che potrebbe adattarsi alle esigenze di una giovane coppia o un gruppetto di giovani amici ma sicuramente non a nuclei familiari con bambini.

Piccola ma funzionale

Piccola ma risponde a tutte le esigenze, arredamento moderno e ben tenuto. La casa è situata a 50 mt dal mare (angolo di paradiso) e 50 mt dal centro. Per chi vuole girare la Puglia è situata in una posizione ottimale. Il proprietario è davvero molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Vacanze passate benissimo ma troppo velocemente!😉
