Welcome to the vacation you will remember! 9th floor offers fantastic views from sunrise to sunset. Interior updated to reflect everything a vacation home should feel like:
* Classy Kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances granite counters and tile backsplash.
* Clean as a whistle hospital grade cleaning products used!
* Master bedroom has king bed with memory foam topper & private door out to the patio.
* Master bath and lots of counter space with double sinks.
* Bedroom two has 1 queen and 1 full beds and has an updated private bath!
* 3 Flat Screen Smart TV's & Blue ray player, Satellite TV & Secure WIFI
* Bluetooth speaker will pair with your device, play your tunes
* Need a little more sleeping space there is a new queen easy flex bed with memory foam mattress in the living area.
This is a gated community Phoenix 1, 2, 3 & 4 shared amenities! Many additional amenities such as:

We had a great stay here! The kitchen was fully stocked, the balcony furniture was comfortable. That's where I spent most of my time :) The beds were also comfy. My boys always appreciate having their own beds (so many rentals only have a single queen in their 2nd bedroom, so this was a treat.) The view of the beach is amazing! Having access to the amenities in four buildings was great. Pools, fitness centers, beach access and more. My teenage boys loved playing pool in the game room. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you for the great stay, Penny!

A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be Ocean Front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. Why they chose this property

Being up on the 9th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

What makes this property unique

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen and 1 Full beds + 1 queen sofa bed in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably. Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
