Communication with owner was great. He even let us know we could check in early. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we need. Beds were super comfy. Just steps from the beach. Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. View perfect, loved where we were located with everything across the street, we come here every June with 13 guest. We love orange beach and love the restaurants. Need smaller furniture on the balcony, needed more chairs but we worked it out. The condo was clean..some skillets need replacing but everything adequate. We would get this condo again . Thank u !

Long Weekend in OB

This property was great for our quick getaway to the beach. It was easy to get to and wasn’t as crowded as some of the bigger properties. The condo is spacious with beautiful views of the Gulf and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

What a view

We recently stayed at this property and it truly exceeded our expectations. The ocean views from the house were absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our vacation. Each morning, we enjoyed coffee on the patio, taking in the stunning scenery and listening to the waves. The proximity to the beach was ideal—just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for beach outings with the family. Overall, it was an amazing escape for our family, combining beautiful ocean views with an unbeatable location. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our beach vacation.

Breathtaking view!

The Condo was clean and comfortable.The Condo had everything we needed. The view from the balcony and master bedroom were beautiful. Check in/out was quick and easy. Everything was within walking distance. The beach is right out the door as well as a gated pool. My family and I really enjoyed it. Wonderful place to stay!

We would would stay here again. Love the fact that it is a smaller building. Only 8 floors high and 32 units. No waiting long times for an elevator because there’s hundreds of units (and people). More private.

Don’t Let the outside fool you

My husband and myself arrived and thought oh no due to the appearance of the outside of the building but once we unlocked the door of this condo we were in disbelief. The condo was well decorated, clean and oh the view! There was everything you could ask for in the kitchen and the furnishings were comfortable! You will not be disappointed if you rent this place! Thanks for making our Anniversary trip a good one!

Quiet, Simple 2 bedroom Condo

Overall, the stay was very relaxing. Positives- the condo itself was nicely renovated and clean. View was beautiful, on the 8th floor. Easy walk to the beach. Negatives- actual condo complex is a bit run down. The pool was disappointing- there were not umbrellas or appropriate furniture to lounge on. Given the nightly rate- good pool furniture is expected. Only other complaint would be the lock box. The owner gives the guest one key and recommends keeping it in the lock box when not in use. Great recommendation, however the lock box was unreliable and would get jammed frequently. We enjoyed our stay, however would likely not rent again at this complex.

Beautiful getaway

This was our 2nd girls trip for my aunts and myself and stayed at this condo both times. What a wonderful stay we have had. From entering the condo with the magnificent view of the water, the large and spacious condo that accommodated all of us very comfortably. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook your meals. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins from the balcony and the beautiful sunsets at night while eating dinner on the balcony. The beach access was superb with just a few steps from the white sand and water. I urge you to get up early, grab a cup of coffee and walk the beach for the sunrise. It’s breathtakingly beautiful. We will be looking at dates for 2024 soon for us to be back. Only set back and it didn’t involve the condo itself. . . if you decide to rent chairs or umbrellas, just make sure your name is documented. We paid for 2 days for an umbrella due to the high winds (ours would not stand) and had a terrible time getting one for the second day due to the guy Not putting our names down. It was quite aggravating due to the guy not being around at all for most of the day .we called the number on the back is the chair and it took 2 hours to get it. We only got to have it for 4 hours.

Great location, comfy beds, owner very responsive. The only suggestion I would make is to add a rug at the front door to help prevent sand/dirt being brought in and also the pots and pans are pretty rough and scratched up, make sure you bring some kind of nonstick with you . This is definitely a place we would stay again.

Perfect family vacation!!!

This condo was fantastic in every way. It is literally steps from the beach. The decor is super cute and gives off a beachy vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need and having the washer/dryer in the condo is SO convenient. The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and many activities. I think my favorite part is that it’s a smaller building so there was no waiting for the elevator and the pool was never crowded. We’re already planning our trip next year!
