The ground floor of the house has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom; the master bedroom has a 1.35-meter bed and is fully equipped; the second bedroom has a 1.05-meter bed and is also equipped. The small living room features a sofa and a side table. On the upper floor, there is a room dedicated to leisure and reading, where you’ll find a small library. It offers free Wi-Fi and a safe, Outside, there’s a laundry room, and just beyond that, a large terrace with a shower, tables, armchairs, and hammocks—making this the perfect spot to spend afternoons with friends
Just 7 km away is the magnificent Arinaga Beach, 13 km from the airport and 5 km from the large Crocodile Park. The house is located in a spot where guests can enjoy long walks into the nearby mountains as soon as they step outside, which makes this place truly special.

Quiet and clean, excellent value

Accommodation was really clean and well presented with comfortable beds, situated in a quiet area with a private roof terrace that gets the sun throughout the day and nice sunsets behind the mountains. The layout is not the most practical and the kitchen is small and the sitting room awkward in shape, but for the price this really is an excellent and well-equipped place with a friendly and helpful host so highly recommended for a short stay or as a longer term base to explore the area.

La casa es muy acogedora,tiene de todo,mucha tranquilidad y muy facil aparcar, el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la isla.El anfitrión Gustavo es una gran persona, desde el minuto 0 se preocupa porque todo este bien. No tengo nada negativo sobre el lugar,repetiremos seguro.

Hübsches Ferienhaus in ländlicher Lage

Frisch renoviertes Selbstversorgerhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar bzw. meldet sich zeitnah zurück. Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt. Obwohl das Haus fernab der Touristengegenden liegt, kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Lidl in ca. 5 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Guter Anschluss zur Autobahn von dieser aus die Insel in alle Richtungen angefahren werden kann. Ein Mietwagen ist daher absolut empfehlenswert .

Nettes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Häuschen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage.
