Apartment at Clowance Estate and Country Club with luxury swimming pool
Enjoy an owner's week at the exclusive country club Clowance Estate in West Cornwall, in easy reach of both north and south coasts near St Ives, Penzance and Helston.
The one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bedroom plus a sofabed in the lounge. Overlooking the Clowance golf course in a lovely rural setting, you can enjoy tranquillity or make use of the many Clowance facilities which include a fabulous indoor swimming pool, restaurant and gym.
The apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom and open-plan living area with sofabed. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. It has all you should need including oven, hob, grill, microwave and dishwasher. The spacious lounge has two sofas (1 is a sofabed), coffee table, widescreen TV, DVD player, CD player and FM radio. The dining area has a table and chairs seating 4. Outside, there is a patio area - the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or relax with an evening drink.
Free WiFi for browsing and messaging (sorry, not available for large downloads/streaming/gaming).
Linen, duvets, towels and a hairdryer are supplied. There is a launderette nearby on the site (extra charge).
As well as the swimming pool and gym, the free facilities at Clowance include:
croquet lawn, giant chess, frisbee golf, mini golf, basketball, tennis, badminton and a boating lake.
