Estancia maravillosa

Totalmente aconsejable.

WOW - This property is amazing.

The property is beautiful with amazing view. The owners have thought of everything. My son loved the indoor jacuzzi. Everything was spotlessly clean. The villa itself if HUGE and loads of room for us all. I would recommend and hope to return soon, we all feel very relaxed after our stay.

Amazing villa

Wonderful villa with everything you need and carlos was very helpful with sorting transfers from and to the airport. Its In a fabulous location with amazing views. Taxis are a bit tricky to get hold of as they don't speak very good english and you do need them to get about for shopping etc, unless you rent a car, although you might not want to leave the villa much as its so nice 😁

Lovely villa

The whole process was amazing, from booking to postponing due to covid and then rebooking again. The villa is stunning, with beautiful views, an amazing party room and loads of space. Check in is at 4, but check out is at 10 - which meant that we weren’t in the villa for most of the first day - which was a bit sad, but we were able to leave our cases there and have a look around the local town. It is quite far into town, no problem walking but definitely get a taxi back! We had an amazing holiday, and didn’t really want to leave!

Great

The Villa is amazing with everything you could need. Very clean on arrival and plenty of space. Brilliant family holiday and enjoyed it so much. Gorgeous nearby beaches and spectacular scenery. Really recommend this Villa. The only thing that was unexpected was the fact that there wasn’t a housekeeping service and we had to strip and remake own beds.

luxurious villa

The villa was perfect for us. It had everything you could need. View was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the cost of electricity for the week. Would recommend you check the reading on the meter on arrival and departure

Stunning spacious villa with wonderful views over the coastline.

Villa Leticia is a stunning property set in the hills of Almuñécar, overlooking the Mediterranean coastline of southern Spain. Set over 3 floors, most rooms in the villa have a beautiful sea view. Only three of us were staying in the property for this stay, but there is LOADS of space to accommodate the maximum 9 guests, including a kitchen and very comfortable living room on the ground floor. Step outside the living room and you'll find the lovely pool area, also with sea views. Then head to the lower ground and you'll find and even larger party room with sofas, a large dining table, a jacuzzi and an additional kitchen/bar. Yes, this villa has two full size kitchens! Add to this all the external patio spaces with a BBQ, sun loungers, chairs and dining tables - there is so much space to spread out. It's amazing. Finding the property was easy and Carlos, the property manager for our stay, was welcoming, friendly and professional. Fantastic holiday villa - highly recommended.

Spacious, relaxing and perfect for entertaining

This was the first time we stayed in a villa and we were not disappointed. The layout of the villa, its position and overall feel was lovely and the views breathtaking - we're missing them already! The attention to detail inside the villa was evident, down the to toilet rolls, hand soaps ad washing up liquid! Carlos was very helpful and we felt that we could contact him if we needed assistance which we did a couple of times, but nothing was too much trouble. Like my friend who mentioned about the electricity - this was the only negative for me. In order to get the most enjoyment out of this villa we had to use electricity for the chiller, air conditioning, hot tub and bubbles in the outdoor pool and we didn't feel we were being extravagant but the electricity allowance didn't cover the use of these appliances. One other thing I would mention is that realistically, the beach is a good 20 minute walk - a little longer to get back up to the villa, but don't let that put you off. I'd also recommend a hire car as the local supermarkets are a short drive away. We would definately return.
