Fantastic new reformed villa in Cotobro with super views to the sea and the town, the house has hall, large kitchen with dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Below you will see some photos, prices, a calendar and a description of the property.
Lovely villa located in the most famous area in Almuñécar, Costa Tropical. Very good access from the main road and also from the coast. You can walk from the house to the beach in 10 minutes. Big terrace with bar/kitchen area where you can enjoy with family and friends. The weather in this village is around 18C in winter time and we have sun more than 300 days per year. The villa is fully equipped in all the rooms and the Kitchen in a modern and nice style. Green area for the children with nice furniture and sunbeds.
Really nice views to the sea and sun all day. Table tennis and football table games in proffesional quality. If you look for a quiet and cozy place for your holidays this villa is perfect for you. You will be back!
