Perfect stay in Cadiz

Nice apartment in a nice location

It is a very nice apartment with a perfect location in the old town of Cádiz. Everything is in walking distance, and situated in a very silent street. The apartment is fairly modern and well kept (for being in Spain). A good floor plan and all three bedrooms are of a decent size - two with double beds and one with two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and we stayed for 7 weeks without missing anything. The apartment has a very well functioning central AC/heating system for the entire apartment, except for one of the bedrooms which have it's own AC. If we will come back to Cádiz, we want to rent the same apartment!

De verhuurmaatschappij Cadiz for Rentals was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en attent. Snel antwoord op vragen. Het appartement was ruim en goed ingericht. Van bijna alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige wat voor ons ontbrak was een droger omdat de luchtvochtigheid in oktober en november erg hoog was. De bedden waren voor ons iets aan de harde kant, maar we houden van hele zachte bedden. We hebben overigens er wel goed op geslapen.

À la hauteur de nos attentes

La disponibilité de Sara et Rosa par WhatsApp. Emplacement de l'appartement stratégique. Bel appartement, très bien aménagé, à proximité du centre ville. Bel espace pour 6 personnes. Agence à proximité (5mn à pieds). Tout à été très bien (agence et apparemment). Je recommande vivement. Je repasserai par leurs services. Bravo à l'équipe de Cádiz et merci beaucoup. Rien pour ma part. Tout était très bien.

Nos encanta el apartamento y su ubicación

El apartamento está muy bien situado y es muy confortable. El trato recibido es excelente. Sería un detalle que dejarán servilletas de papel en la cocina.

Agradable estancia en Cádiz en el apartamento Colon15 Family Home

Es un apartamento nuevo, muy espacioso, y luminoso, que dispone de todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. Muy bien situado en el centro, a diez minutos andando de las estaciones de tren y autobús, lo que nos facilitó el viaje, ya que no disponíamos de coche. El primer día surgió una pequeña incidencia que nos la resolvieron enseguida, lo que es de agradecer. En resumen, un diez para el apartamento y para Cadiz4rentals. Lo único quizá que la cocina es de inducción y la mayoría de menaje no sirve. Pero nos apañamos con la placa que había en la cocina para poner debajo de sartenes y cazuelas.
