Great location as a home base for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Very clean and comfortable. The host lives next door and is very friendly. She checked in via text message while we were on our way there to let us know it was ready earlier than expected. All amenities were as advertised. Beautiful place. Recommending to family and friends who enjoy this part of Michigan.

Perfect location and had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Close to the Dunes and Empire Beach. Everything we needed was available. Hosts were accessible and friendly. Enjoyed the deck and watching the deer! Gas grill is a huge plus for easy dinners, appreciate that!

The home was fully-equipped, very clean, well-maintained and peaceful. Also, conveniently located to town and Glen Arbor. WiFi was spotty during our stay. Having two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great.

I have stayed at several vrbo's and never have I been as pleasantly surprised as this one. Martina was wonderful to work with and the property was even better than I was anticipating. We shared the weekend with other painting friends and we were all just thrilled with the facility. It was extremely well equipped, the beds were soft, everything was clean. Already can't wait to come back next year and have already talked to Martina about reserving it again.

Wonderful stay! Martina and Falk were the best hosts. The place was exactly as the pictures and description. Price was so much better than other rentals in the area. Had everything we needed.

Accommodations were comfortable, clean, & functional. Great location. We were in Empire to explore the area & nearby towns. Riding our rental e-bikes from Martina & Falk was the highlight. Perfect way to explore the area on a dedicated trail up to Glen Arbor & beyond!

The house was clean and had a wonderful views of the Sleeping Bear on one side and a forest on the other. The garden and outdoor sitting area were gorgeous and filled with native wildflowers. The hosts were proactively communicative and were friendly and welcoming when we arrived but not intrusive.
