Trulli Leucopetra

The property is accessed from State Highway 172 (the “Trulli Highway”) via a road in Contrada Pantaleo for about 200 metres, where you turn onto a private dirt driveway leading to the property.
In front of the house is an open area that can be conveniently used as a car park for cars without disrupting the liveability of the outdoor space.

The entrance door of the trullo leads into the kitchen-living room, which welcomes guests with the coolness of the stone walls, a comfortable sofa, and a TV. Equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and electric oven, a pantry, a four-burner stove, and a table and chairs, it is always well-lit by the warm outdoor light.
The gas cylinders located outside supply the boiler and the kitchen, ensuring all basic services are available.

To the right is the main bathroom, equipped with everything needed for personal care; to the left of the kitchen is another small bathroom with a washing machine. The bathroom features a sink with a mirror, a hair dryer, a vanity cabinet, a toilet that doubles as a bidet, and a built-in shower.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a TV, and one with two single beds. The hallway in between is furnished with a cabinet featuring large drawers and a mirror. A small window facing the side of the house provides natural light. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens and blackout curtains.

The kitchen’s French doors open onto the outdoor garden, the perfect spot to enjoy meals and the tranquility of the countryside while taking in the surrounding scenery.

In keeping with the natural character of the location, the terrain undulates with gentle slopes and descents, adding a sense of movement to the outdoor setting.
