This airy, beautiful apartment was absolutely immaculate. The photos & description are accurate, but don't fully capture the loving details to the design and aesthetics of the apartment. After a week of travel, the washer and clothesline were also really appreciated. Lastly, Alessandra was truly a superhost, who responded to any inquiries quickly and clearly. She also made wonderful recommendations on places to dine and buy groceries.

This was a rare occasion where the place was more beautiful than the photos that showed it. Everything is immaculate and comfortable, well situated and very charming. It has everything we could possibly want and was well suited to walk a short distance to the train or ferry. Alessandra is absolutely amazing and in fact if I lived near her, I with audition to be her best friend. She is a gem and she loves her property and it shows.

A beautiful and well-planned flat. It is tastefully decorated and with high ceilings. You get the feeling that this is a real home where you can live comfortively. Two nice balkonies. If you open the balcony-doors you get a natural air-conditioning. The bathroom looks as if it is newly renovated with very fine materials and a luxury feeling. The kitschen is well equipped. The flat is perfectly situated in the old part of the city between the railway station and the harbour. Though in the central part of the old town it is quiet. The host is very kind and helpful.

Grazie Mille and we hope to stay with you again! Anthony and Sally

Nice apartment!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment, which was well appointed, nicely decorated, and convenient to the train station and ferry dock. It is also right on a pedestrian mall with tons of shopping and food options. Alessandra was wonderful, and we hope to return to La Spezia!
