NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED: In March 2012, Costa Rica passed one of the strictest smoking regulations in the world

SHOES: If unit has Wood Floors Please remove shoes upon entering the unit to prevent scratches to the hardwood floors

A/C: When exiting the unit, kindly turn off the A/C, as well when having the sliding glass doors open. We are an Eco-friendly housing condominium

BATHROOM TISSUES: Ladies feminine items & all other, please utilize the waste basket

WASTE BASKETS: Please place all Coffee Grinds, Cooking Oil and or any other waste, in provided Garbage cans

CHECK OUT TIMES: As a friendly reminder, check in time is: 2PM / Check Out time: 10AM

CLEANERS: Stove cleaner is provided; please utilize these products they are non-abrasive

WASHER/DRYER: each unit comes equipped with a Washer and Dryer; please remove any dryer lint to prevent a potential fire

JACUZZI: kindly wipe down after usage with a soft towel to prevent staining

WOOD FLOORING: Any water spills needs to be dried up right away to avoid staining and extensive damage

POOL AREA: we offer 3 infinity pools at our facility, all children under 10 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age and or older, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, Please Swim with Caution.

GUEST: If having Guest over, please have them park along the driveway, parking garage are Only for Condo tenants and Vacation Rentals. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED

PARKING: Designated Parking for Vacation Rentals and Tenants is indicated by the last 2 digits of the Unit number: (i.e. 12223 park #23)

GARBAGE: Large garbage cans/barrels are located at the beginning of the building

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views

Jay was very accommodating to us and was able to help us out on a last minute getaway to the mountains. The condo is absolutely stunning and has amazing views of Lake Arenal. If you are looking for privacy this is a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking to take in the sights and excursions out of La Fortuna just be aware it is a good 75 Minute drive from the condo. Thank you for all your help, Jay!

Great location and condo

2nd time staying in these Condos, this one was ground floor and had many kitchen items and a comfortable space. Located outside of tourist areas (30-60 minutes away any direction) which was perfect for us as we’ve been to the area many times. Great to have washer/ dryer. Pool only had 2 of the 3 available and hot tub still not available. Grounds are beautiful. Windy location but a view that is beyond beautiful.

Beautiful condo with excellent views

Lovely and comfortable 2 bed condo. Beds were firm but comfy. Tiled floors and in suite washer dryer. Wifi is not great, lots of dropouts in service. Great views of the Arsenal volcano and lake. Restaurants are a short drive away, definitely need a car to stay. Lots of cookware and dishes, could use some basic oil and spices, only salt and pepper provided. Loved the 3 small pools and lounge chairs, steep walk up and down to them though. Easy self check in, easy to contact the property manager with any questions. Very quiet location, quite windy all the time but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Okay Stay

The condo was clean and looked exactly as listed! It was well located and was perfect for seeing stuff on the west side of Lake Arenal. However the air conditioning and WIFI did not work. We reached out to the host and the property office via email and no one responded. Not having WiFi made it very difficult to make plans and figure out where things were. May consider staying here again but only if those issues are corrected.
