Casa Soleil In the Best location on the Island | Stunning Ocean and City Views!

Welcome to Casa Soleil is an apartment located on the 12th floor of a building on Ponta Delgada's main and most central avenue.

Being in Ponta Delgada's city center, you'll have walking access to the island's main supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

As well as being located in the center of Ponta Delgada (opposite the Ponta Delgada marina), where everything happens, you can also enjoy an incredible view over the city of Ponta Delgada, the ocean and even the mountain of Lagoa do Fogo.

The space
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. All the bedrooms offer a magnificent view over the city of Ponta Delgada.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials so you can cook your own meals and the living room combines minimalist decoration with sobriety and good taste. Through the living room there is access to a mini terrace where you can enjoy a meal outside with breathtaking views of the sea, the mountains and the city.

Please note that check-ins between 21:00 and 08:00 have an extra charge of €30, to be levied at check-in.

The standard check-in time is after 16:00. It can be at any time if the house is available. It must be confirmed in advance.

Perfect Location/Clean property

This was an amazing property in a perfect Location. The property was clean and comfortably handled 2 families (5 people). In the tallest tower.I would recommend and stay again.

Great central location; many services and choices for foods dining out or in. Great WiFi; responsiveness and recommendations of staff at AlCors was wonderful. Love Sau Miguel, Porta Delgada, and its people.

We loved the location and the view from this property.The balcony is very small which the picture doesn't show.We had a few glitches with the kitchen appliances, sink etc. but were looked after when we touched base with the management.I believe on website it says there is a pool. But there is not.Overall it met our needs.
