Renting the entire village provides exclusive access to all the apartments in the farmhouses, as well as “la limonaia”—a space located on the first floor in the center of the village that can be used as a gathering place, shared kitchen, and bathroom. The limonaia features a large, authentic traditional kitchen with a table, a double-door refrigerator and freezer, sinks, and a dishwasher, along with furniture and equipment, as well as another small room with a large table ideal for socializing, dining, and meetings.
Note: No gas is used inside the apartments (all water heaters and stoves are electric) fan-coil heating ensures optimal temperatures. The refrigerators inside the apartments are completely silent (absolutely no noise!), with the exception of the Roseto apartment, which has a traditional refrigerator.
The area is practically mosquito-free, so we don’t need mosquito nets. The nearby stream is accessible year-round and has access to a dog beach.
There are always staff members available in the village; the laundry facilities are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Since the natural pool is purified using phytoremediation, guests are asked to use organic sunscreen and other organic products.
