Great family fun

We loved our stay at Villa Marisa. It was a perfect fit for our family of 11. The kids loved the pool and we were within 30 minutes to 1 hour from towns we wanted to visit. Thank you Roberto.

Beautiful Home

The Villa was so beautiful. Each room was perfectly decorated and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We truly enjoyed the pool with the jets and waterfall. Roberto was very welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great villa in a beautiful landscape

The stay was great and relaxing. Robert, our host, was very friendly and always supportive during the stay. Check in and checkout was very uncomplicated. The villa itself is beautiful, clear and has a lot of space. We were 14 people and enjoyed our stay a lot. When we were there, it was unfortunately a little rainy, and we could stay easily also inside the house. When it is warmer it must be very beautiful staying outside close to the pool. The location is very quiet with approx 10 min to the next village, 15 min to a supermarket and 20 min to restaurants - no problem, if you have a car. It is also close and in between Florence and Pisa, so you are quickly in nice places like Florence, Lucca, Pisa or even Sienna. We enjoyed our stay, thank Robert for the nice hosting, and would like to come back ... in summer.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Villa ist einzigartig, absolut ruhig gelegen und doch in einigen Minuten in Pistoia. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Die Übernahme und Rückgabe waren schnell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten beim Check-in festgestellt, dass kein wirklich großer Kochtopf vorhanden war. Binnen einer Stunde wurde uns ein komplett neuer gebracht. Das empfanden wir als extrem aufmerksam.

Villa agréable proche Pistoia

La villa est spacieuse et agréable, bien équipée pour cuisiner et tres au calme dans un écrin de verdure sur une petite colline. La propriété est bien entretenue, La literie est confortable. Petit bémol sur la piscine qui est plus un bassin en fait, trop petit pour nager mais agréable pour se rafraichir. Dommage qu’un minimum de produits de base ne soit pas prévu (pas de lessive, tablette lave vaisselle, tres peu de papier toilette, produit barbecue...) il vous faudra tout prévoir. L emplacement est dans la zone de Toscane de cultures arboricole, on peut facilement rayonner vers Florence, sienne, san gemigniano, et Pistoia qui vaut vraiment le détour !

Beautiful Italian Villa

This beautiful home was perfect with a great pool and amazing views of the country side. The home is conveniently located near Florence and Pisa and the local town of Pistoia was a blast. Our family of 12 fit perfectly! The owner, Roberto, was outstanding. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and he spent time showing us around. I highly recommend this home for your Italy holiday!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa villa nel periodo pasquale

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa villa nel periodo pasquale. Location esclusiva, immersa nel verde, gode di una posizione sopraelevata e collinare. Poco distante da Pistoia e ben fornita di supermercati e servizi nel raggio di qualche km. Rifinita con cura e ben tenuta consente un soggiorno a cinque stelle. Roberto, il proprietario, molto accogliente e cordiale vi farà sentire a casa. La cura del dettaglio è gestita alla perfezione da Roberto, molto legato affettivamente alla villa, e si vede. Piccola ma piacevole la piscina esterna, in ecodesign con idromassaggio. Abbiamo usufruito di tutti gli spazi, graziati anche dalle fantastiche temperature quasi estive, godendo anche degli spazi esterni per il pranzo. Suggestiva la vista dalla torretta di tutta la vallata e di Pistoia. Assolutamente consigliata, ci vai una volta per ritornarci presto. Un caro saluto a Roberto Alessandro

Dal 29/12 al 02/01 mi sono trovato con il mio gruppo di 15 amici in questa stupenda Villa, affittata da Roberto e sua moglie,persone davvero gentili e comprensive,che ci hanno fatto trovare tutto pulito e ordinato, con le quali sono rimasto in contatto in caso di problemi e che sono stati capaci e volenterosi ad aiutarci subito. La zona della casa è davvero stupenda e se si vogliono passare dei giorni in compagnia lo consiglio davvero. Nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi faceva abbastanza freddo per cui non abbiamo adoprato la piscina, che è a disposizione, si può fare un giro nel bosco che c’è lì e non si è lontani da Pistoia e Firenze Nel complesso casa bellissima e proprietari accoglienti, torneremo sicuramente !

We had already booked Villa Marisa in 2020 to celebrate a holiday with our children and grandchildren, but because of the corona crisis we could only go there this year. Rebooking was no problem at all. Villa Marisa is a beautiful, very luxurious villa in a quiet area. Really ideal for our purpose (family holiday). The pool at the house was very suitable for both the little ones and the adults. The house was delivered very clean by the friendly owner Mr. Roberto. The bedrooms range from good to very good. Everywhere in the house are places to sit which is very convenient for a large family. The facilities in the house are excellent, but because of the temperature, we mainly made use of the outdoor space, which has something to offer for every age group. The provincial town of Pistoia with a car-free center is a 15-minute drive away. A typical Tuscan town with special buildings, good restaurants and a surprising cultural offer.

Perfect place to stay for a Tuscan vacation

Close enough to the sights for easy day trips. Far enough away from everything to be able to relax in the Tuscan sun. Roberto and family were responsive and gracious hosts.

Cosa dire, sono stata con un gruppo di amici precisamente in 10 in questa meravigliosa Villa a Serravalle Pistoiese di proprietà di Roberto e la sua famiglia che ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza ed entusiasmo. La villa è a dir poco fantastica e con ogni confort, pulita ed ordinata. Le camere sono arredate con gusto ed ognuno aveva la propria camera personale. Gli spazzi comuni sono suddivisi in modo giusto e nonostante fossimo in tanti ognuno aveva la propria privacy. La parte che penso dia quel tocco in più è la piscina , una stupenda piscina immersa nel verde circondata da un bosco che rilassa chiunque si immerga in questa realtà. Concludendo abbiamo fatto solo 8 giorni ma tornando indietro faremmo almeno due settimane perchè siamo stati davvero bene, quindi non posso fare altro che consigliarla e dare un bel 10 a questa splendida Villa ed ai suoi proprietari.
