Old restored silkworm farm, isolated on the hillside, on land down to the river, newly opened for seasonal rental.
Several terraces, one covered.
Swimming pool.
Ideal for 6 people, max 8. Three rooms of two, one of which has a terrace, and a 'bedroom-TV' with sofa bed, two rooms for one person.
The water supply of the house by the stream implies that the water is not drinkable.
The many uneven elevations without protection as well as the swimming pool require a close supervision of the young children.

Le lieu est absolument magnifique, avec une vue et un cadre qui valent vraiment le détour ! L’accès est un peu compliqué et demande un certain effort, mais une fois sur place on oublie vite les difficultés du trajet. Petite précision qui n’était pas indiquée dans l’annonce : le gardien vit dans la cave de la maison. Cela peut surprendre, mais il est vraiment très sympathique, disponible en cas de besoin et surtout extrêmement discret, donc cela ne gêne pas du tout le séjour. Une expérience unique que je recommande !

Un petit paradis, loin de la civilisation. La maison est rustique mais très jolie. La suite parentale est immense et très confortable, le piano à queue est un vrai plus. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès notre arrivée et avons passé 4 jours féeriques entre nous. Merci !!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met VRBO

Bij aankomst troffen we geen vakantiewoning aan, maar een privéwoning, wat ons een ongemakkelijk gevoel gaf, alsof we inbraken in plaats van op vakantie waren. Veel beloofde faciliteiten, zoals een tweede badkamer, waren onbruikbaar door ernstige lekkage. Bovendien zorgden schimmelplekken boven het terras ervoor dat regenwater direct op onze eetplek druppelde, wat niet alleen vies was, maar ook een gezondheidsrisico vormde. De woning was slecht bereikbaar via een gevaarlijk en in slechte staat verkerend bergpad, wat schade aan onze auto veroorzaakte. De beschrijving "aan de rand van het bos" was misleidend; de woning lag veel verder afgelegen dan verwacht. Daarnaast was het huis onhygiënisch, met plakkerig keukengerei en ongedierte. Door een wespennest op het balkon konden we geen ramen openen voor frisse lucht, en veel stopcontacten en lampen werkten niet. Het zwembad, waarvoor we extra hadden betaald, bleek een veiligheidsrisico te zijn. De defecte onderwaterverlichting hing los, en er bleef vuil op het water drijven door het ontbreken van een randafvoer. Tot overmaat van ramp kregen we na ons verblijf een borginhouding van €500 voor vermeende schade aan een piano, zonder enig bewijs in de vorm van foto’s, offertes of facturen. Dit bedrag werd zonder onze toestemming van onze creditcard afgeschreven. Dit voelt als een onrechtmatige en opzettelijke actie door ons financieel te benadelen om de onderhoudskosten te dekken. Wij hebben immers geen schade aan de piano veroorzaakt.

Très bon séjour dans un superbe cadre

Balades sur des sentiers ou en bord de rivière. Baignades dans la piscine. Repas en terrasse en pleine nature…et la maison est vraiment extra !

Un écrin de nature parfait pour déconnecter du quotidien !

Cette maison de caractère est très agréable à vivre, avec de grandes pièces, des équipements adaptés, un environnement de toute beauté. Toute la famille a été conquise. Très bon accueil de Michel qui assure en toute discrétion une piscine au top et sait répondre de façon ajustée aux éventuelles sollicitations.

Dans le bois a fin d'un chemin forestal une place tres agreable avec terrasse, jardin et pool, pingpong, piano et chiminée, il ne manque rien.

Très bonne semaine

Très dépaysant et avec de l’air ! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette grande maison très agréable à vivre (même si le chemin se mérite !) Le calme est absolu et la piscine permet de se rafraîchir. C’est très appréciable en cet été caniculaire.

Havre de paix

Très jolie maison au coeur de la forêt, on y est au frais même sous les fortes chaleurs. L'accès n'est pas facile, escarpé, mais quand on y est on a pas envie de repartir. Les grands espaces permettent à chacun d'être à son aise. La proximité du village est très pratique pour faire quelques courses, et il est très facile de partir de la maison pour aller se balader et découvrir la région. La piscine est agréable, le piano de grande qualité, et la nature est omniprésente avec les animaux qui viennent aux alentours.

Une parenthèse Cevenole

Au bout d'un chemin sinueux traversant les sous bois et un ruisseau, la bâtisse est là avec de belles terrasses et une piscine en contre bas qui vous appelle de son eau bleue contrastant avec son écrin de verdure. La maison, dont certaines pièces ont de très grands volumes, a beaucoup de charme. Des ballades à partir de la maison , des paniers de girolles en juillet....Tous ces ingrédients correspondaient totalement à mes attentes Une semaine de bonheur. Sans compter des contacts avec la propriétaire fort agréables et des acceuillants chaleureux.

Heerlijk!

Wat een rust, wat een stilte, wat een heerlijk huis en zwembad en wat een mooie omgeving. Wij hebben twee weken lang genoten! What a silence, what a lovely house with beautiful swimmingpool and what an environment. We loved every minute we stayed in this house!

Exceptionnel!

Maison spacieuse, de bon goût dans sa simplicité, très fonctionnelle, vue et environnement à couper le souffle. Beaucoup d'endroits très agréables différents ou se tenir. Mobilier de jardin de qualité. Une fois la première frayeur passée du chemin d'accès, il se transforme en aventure de charme. Michel qui fait la remise des clefs et le suivi est disponible, très gentil et serviable. En résumé un moment unique! Merci.

Location de charme mais difficile d'accès

Bâtisse de qualité et très joli cachet. Le panorama est joli mais la vue et la maison se mérite, le chemin est chaotique, voire dangereux. On recommande cette location pour la tranquillité, la magnifique bibliothèque et les produits locaux de Michel qui sont à tomber.

Merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation. Bien sûr, le dernier chemin d’accès n’est pas goudronné; il faut traverser la rivière sur un petit pont, et le chemin monte ensuite dans la forêt, traversé de « coupadous » qui en dévient les eaux de ruissellement. Cependant, la maison a été labellisée par l’Office de Tourisme de la Lozère, qui refuse son agrément aux locations dont l’accès serait dangereux... Au plaisir de vous revoir, CM
