Very pleasant stay

Beautifully appointed property with good facilities, well equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. Easy access (5-10 minutes by car) to local amenities including excellent vineyard (Domaine de Berguerolles) which also does tastings and light meals, a couple of good restaurants (La Banque) and good food supermarkets and bakers. Nice finishing touches like smart speaker, pool games and essentials like oils and spices and honesty, tasting bar. Minor points - it would be nice if the upstairs bedroom had a loo. Nothing else. Thanks - we all enjoyed ourselves and would like to come back.

Les Mages ist ein lebendiger kleiner Ort mit Supermarkt, Bäcker (unbedingt die Croissants probieren!), Metzger, Bar, Pharmacie und mittwochs Markt mit wechselnden Ständen. 2 km nach St. Ambroix.Das Ferienhaus liegt abseits der Hauptstraßen am Ende einer schmalen Sackgasse. Bllick vom Haus und Pool ins Grüne, einzige Sichtverbindung zum Nachbarn auf der gegenüberliegenden Talseite 180m entfernt. Absolut ruhig und blickgeschützt.Stilecht renoviertes und erweitertes Haus aus Bruchsteinen mit schönem Ambiente außen und innen. Ein Schlafraum im UG hat Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden und ist daher für längeren Aufenthalt mit mehr als 4 Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir nur zu zweit waren.Der Pool ist ein Traum! Ca. 8x4m, per Wärmepumpe beheizt auf 27C, Stehhöhe, Holzterrasse, Poolbar mit Gebäude, Sonne im September bis ca. 17 Uhr.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist toll. Wer gerne selbst kocht, weiß das zu schätzen.Tip: Menschen, die sensibel gegenüber Mücken sind, sollten Fliegengitter für 2 Fenster mitnehmen. Dann kann man in den Morgenstunden prima lüften ohne Mücken ins Haus zu lassen.Kommunikation und Empfang durch Sonia war freundlich und problemlos.Absolute Empfehlung, der Urlaub war super!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad, we zouden zo weer terug gaan!

Inchecken was hartelijk met een koud flesje rose. Prettig contact via whatsapp ook. Keuken zeer uitgebreid. Wifi was goed, iets minder beneden bij het zwembad. Was wel even zoeken naar het huis bij aankomst maar met de speciaal gestuurde routebeschrijving was het te doen. Accurate beschrijving en foto’s. Fantastisch terras met veel zon, veel schaduw en een mooi uitzicht. Wat een rust! De 2 slaapkamers in de kelder hebben eigen sanitair, perfect! Vanaf de begane grond 2 trappen naar deze kamers maar geen deuren wat het iets gehorig maakt. Beide kamers hebben eigen deur naar terrasje dus dat was top. Slaapkamer boven was mooi met een stevig bed. Alle kamers voorzien van goedwerkende airco’s, heel fijn in deze warme streek. Kortom, een heerlijke vakantie gehad en dit huis is mooi met een lekker verwarmd zwembad!

Une belle demeure cévenole

Une belle maison typique de la région, décorée avec goût et dans laquelle on se sent tout de suite très bien.Je ne parle du panorama juste exceptionnel, aucun vis-à-vis.Terrain sur 3 niveaux qui ont chacun leur charme et leur fonction. On peut toujours y trouver un coin ombragé y compris au bord de la piscine, piscine équipée d'un réfrigérateur ce qui est bien agréable pour se désaltérer.Nous avons apprécié le geste de bienvenue.Côté loisirs nous avons apprécié : le marché d'Uzès le mercredi, celui de Saint Ambroix le mardi, la visite commentée de la bambouseraie d'Anduze, la visite de la grotte de la Cocalière, la visite théâtralisée des Arènes de Nimes et pour ceux qui veulent faire une belle randonnée à cheval, le club des chevaux de Cantaure qui se trouve à moins de 10kms.

Tres agreable

La maison est tres bien equipee et tres agreable à vivre. La terrasse reste le lieu central de la maison, tres agreable. De beaux espaces pour vivre ensemble tout en ayant la possibilite de s'isoler à l'envie. L'espace piscine est top. La description et les photos sont conformes à la maison que nous avons decouvert. Beaucoup de choses a voir ou faire à moins d'une heure : rando, canao, grottes, villages, ... Bon accueil des personnes s'occupant de la maison. tres bon séjour. Je recommande. Attention toutefois, cette maison ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement. Les escaliers sont compliqués à empreinter.

Schlafzimmerzugänge über steile, ungesicherte Stiegen, unmöglich für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen und Kinder! 2 Schlafzimmer ohne Tür, keine Privatsphäre. Das 1 Kellerschlafzimmer extrem feucht mit Schimmelbefall und Modergestank. Haus-und Aussenbereichsausstattung, z.B. Matratzen, Grill, Küchenbestückung schlechter Qualität und billigster Machart, defekt, unvollständig, ramponiert, ungepflegt. Das Haus teilweise und besonders die Aussenanlage heruntergekommen und vernachlässigt.

Perfect stay

There is not much to say - the house is wonderful and kitchen is best equipped. We loved to use the pool and to explore the surroundings. The hosts are very friendly, and there was immediate response when we had a power failure. We enjoyed every single day!

Séjour de rêve

Très bien située, la maison est complètement équipée. Très propre dès notre arrivée, l'endroit est idéal pour déconnecter. Les différentes terrasses sont très agréables et offre une vue magnifique. La communication avant de partir avec les propriétaires était facile. Il y a différentes attentions pour les locataires. Je recommande vivement cette villa, nous y reviendrons. C'était vraiment top !! Impossible de ne pas s'y plaire.

Magnifique maison, idéale pour se ressourcer en famille

Très belle maison avec beaucoup de cachet, et beaucoup d'espace pour 6 personnes. Egalement beaucoup d'espace(s) distincts qui permettent de profiter alternativement de la piscine, d'une terrasse avec belle vue sur la campagne, d'une seconde terrasse ombragée avec table de ping pong et barbecue. Les extérieurs sont fleuris ce qui est très agréable, et nous avons bien profité des herbes aromatiques, merci pour cette attention très sympathique. Tout le confort avec une déco très bien choisie, et une cuisine parfaitement équipée. La situation géographique permet d'aller vers le sud de l'Ardèche (Vallon Pont d'Arc), ou le parc des Cévennes un peu plus loin. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et vous remercions pour votre hospitalité.

SUPER DECOUVERTE

Quel bonheur que de séjourner dans cette maison ! Il y a tout le confort, elle est bien équipée, bien exposée, la décoration est top, vraiment on s'y sent bien. Bien évidemment, ce serait super restrictif de ne parler que de la maison. Le jardin est magnifique, très fleuri ( aimant beaucoup la nature, nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié ), pas de vis à vis proche, une belle terrasse avec vue sur la verdure comme on l'aime, et la piscine qui nous a bien rafraichi en période de canicule. De plus, la maison est super bien située, commerces à distance raisonnable en voiture, et à proximité tant des Cévennes que de l Ardèche ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles balades et de découvrir cette superbe région que nous ne connaissions pas. Une adresse à retenir quand on a besoin de se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, tant pour nous reposer au bord de la piscine que pour de nouvelles balades. Un grand merci à Christine pour son accueil chaleureux.

Magnifique maison dans un très beau cadre

La maison a été entièrement rénovée il y a 2 ans avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien équipée (cuisine, jeux, électroménager, etc) . Tout est prévu pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Les gros + : Coin repas / apéro / terrasse en hauteur avec vue sur le terrain / coin piscine / le jardin ombragés, les herbes aromatiques et notamment le massif de menthe pour profiter des tisanes digestives / proximité avec la rivière de la Cèze et de saint Ambroix ( commerces/ marche / restaurants / magasin bio, etc)

Un paradis pour se ressourcer

Maison très confortable, au vert et au calme, avec une vue très dégagée; Aménagement intérieur de très bon gout, décoration eclectique et soignée, cuisine très bien équipée. L'extérieur propose différents espaces de détente: terrasses couverte ou pas, jolie piscine avec espace repos et repas…La maison incite au partage et à la détente. Accueil de très grande qualité… Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Deux semaines de vacances extra

Cette maison est magnifique et équipée de tout le conforme nécessaire. La terrasse où nous avons pris l'ensemble de nos repas est particulièrement agréable. Les abords de la piscine le sont tout autant. La localisation dans le nord du Gard nous a permis de découvrir beaucoup de site très intéressants, tous à moins de 45 minutes de la location. Et l'accueil de Sabine et Jean-Luc a été très agréable. C'était top.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison nouvellement rénovée, très agréable aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur Tous les repas peuvent être pris sur la terrasse abritée complétée par un espace ouvert avec jolie vue panoramique.
