Charming cottage in Gelderland with a large garden in the woods

New to our rental listings: A lovely chalet surrounded by nature, filled with natural light, and featuring a spacious south-facing garden with seating areas for sunbathers and those seeking shade, as well as two cosy hammocks for lounging among the trees. The cottage features a fully equipped open kitchen, including a four-burner induction cooktop, a small oven, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. There’s a cosy sitting area with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a view of the garden. It also has a practical dining table that seats four. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the other has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a nice shower. All the essentials are provided: coffee and tea, sugar, salt, and pepper, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap. The beds are made, and towels and kitchen linens are ready for you.<br><br>The nature cottage is located in a small, bird-rich forest park that borders the vast forests and heathlands of the Grote Veld. A five-minute drive or ten-minute bike ride takes you to the historic centre of Lochem, with its cosy outdoor cafes, shopping streets, restaurants, and supermarkets. A swimming pond and a subtropical swimming pool are within walking distance of the cottage. The bocage landscape around Lochem is at its most beautiful here. If you enjoy biking, we highly recommend the Eight Castles Route, a visit to Museum More in Ruurlo or Gorssel, and a wine tasting at the “De Zessprong” vineyard. But of course, you can also just relax in your own garden.
