Jerseyville Jaunt

We came to Jerseyville to visit family and stayed at the condo. The stairs are steep to get up, but for those who can't make it easily, the owner has installed a chair lift. While it is quiet, it doesn't entirely block out the noise of bands that play at the restaurant on the side of the condo. Luckily it does stop before midnight, but after driving all day, it wasn't pleasant to hear! The condo is clean and fun. Filled with antiques and fun album covers on the bar. It is convenient to all of the area from Grafton to the local hangouts!

Perfect space for a small overnight business retreat!

This was the perfect and cutest loft for me to host a small business retreat! The space was very clean. The place is full of charm. There is a ton of space. We were never over crowded. Delicious restaurants and boutique shopping is within walking distance. Check in and check out was very simple and the owner is easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! And I would definitely stay again!

Jerseyville, IL is my hometown and plan to retire here. Watching the downtown area grow and prosper has been wonderful.

Why they chose this property

When we purchased this building, the upstairs had been used as a harness shop, storage for the jewelry store downstairs, and rumor has it - a gambling hot spot. The replaced stairs were well worn. The floors in the loft are 1888 sugar pine and the brick walls are very thick. We truly enjoy spending time here.

What makes this property unique

This property is located on Main street and everything is within walking distance. The movie theater is in the next block and all the new restaurants that have opened are within blocks. It is very relaxing to stroll downtown.
