Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, induction hob, and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with crib, wifi, television, and washing machine. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Great location near harbor. Not good for main train station (fabulous if you can use Lago station). Very clean, seemed well equipped kitchen, but I didn't actually use it. Couldn't figure out TV (made progress, but never got it working). Have stairs one level up, can be dark until you figure out lighting. Small issues, would definitely consider staying again.

Ruhiges Appartment in sehr zentraler Lage von Como

Toll ist die Lage - in 200m ist man im Getümmel und an der Promenade, unten im Haus ist ein (außen unscheinbares, innen sehr großes) gutes Restaurant. Man erreicht zu Fuß gut die Altstadt, die Seilbahn, den Hafen - also eigentlich alles. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Das Appartment ist für zwei Personen ziemlich groß. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Appartment wirkt, als sei es einmal Teil einer größeren Wohnung gewesen, die Eingangstür ist in zwei so schmale Teile unterteilt, dass man kaum durch die Hälfte hindurchgehen kann. Nette kleine Küche, wir haben nicht viel darin gekocht, dafür war aber alles vorhanden. Das Geschirr musste man teilweise erst noch einmal abwaschen, wenn man keine Bekanntschaft mit Resten vorhergehender Gäste machen wollte. Geräte wirken so, als wären sie seit Urzeiten in Betrieb, ich habe schon lange kein so verbrauchtes Ceranfeld mehr gesehen oder einen so in die Jahre gekommenen Flachbild-Fernseher, dessen Fernbedienung anfangs nicht wirklich funktionierte. Richtig unangenehm war, dass die Heizung bei Außentemperaturen von 8 Grad nachts nicht zu aktivieren war. Zum Glück konnten wir uns helfen. Tagsüber ist einiger Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Haus, nachts jedoch ruhig. Parken im Umkreis ist nur in einem Parkhaus (ca. 500m) möglich und ohne Wochenticket sehr teuer. Wir zahlten für eine Nacht (parkten danach woanders) über 25 Euro.
