Beautiful house in Como

Very old but very good renovated house in Como. Quiet but not far away from downtown ( it’s a 5 minute walk) everything needed was there and we enjoyed it a lot to stay there. For dog holders, this house is perfect, there is a fence around the house and you can leave the dog of the leashes. I can highly recommend this house.

A few minor points of things that could be improved- more pillows and a permanent bed in the second bedroom, microwave but nothing really spoilt a wonderful stay. The description should warn people with health issues about the steep climb from the town to the location

4 pillow +1 I think is enough for 4 person max in the house. Please check kitchen furniture and bed room description before booking: there is an electric oven ........and , in the second bedroom a sofa bed....... The house is located in the upper area of the city and you can check it on the map, few minutes walking to the city center..... By the way, I 'm really sorry for your use of air conditionated : outside 35° and 18° in the house......sleeping with the duvet in summer.......! the extra you payed for air is evalueted for an intelligent and responsible use of it.....!

Como vacation

Como and surrounding is a beautiful region to visit. The vacation accomodation was quite and pleasant for us. All necessary accessories were available, accept the whirlpool. Costanza, the owner of the villa, made us feel very welcome. Although quite near the centre of Como seaside and surrounding, the villa is situated in a calm, green environment. Our 2 little dogs were happy too!

Nice location and suitable for dogs

The apartment and surroundings was nice and the landlady very friendly.The area in general was very quiet, but unfortunaly the last 3-4 days of our stay, there was a lot of noice from the residents in the apartment above late at night and early in the morning. We had our two adult children with us, but the sofa bed is not very comfortable for adults. The place is very dog friendly, the city close by and easy to walk to.

Thank you for appreciation of my house. if you advice me about noise from floor above, I immediately ask to my tenants to be careful about.....They leave their home early in the morning and come back late in the evening, working all day outside! The sofa bed is never confortable as a bed, expecially for two adult people....but I'll try to make it better !

Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung. 2.Schlafzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch, welche für unsere erwachsenen Kinder in Ordnung war. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Küche ausreichend um sich selbst zu versorgen. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz im abgeschlossenem Hinterhof optimal, aber sehr schmale Auffahrt. Fussweg zum See ca. 20 Minuten über einen kleinen Hundepark, worüber sich unsere Hündin sehr gefreut hat. Die kleine Wiese hinterm Haus war auch optimal für den Hund, sowie das gesamte eingezäunte Grundstück. Der Rückweg zum Haus ist wirklich sehr steil mit vielen Treppen, daher für Gehbehinderte ungeeignet.

Ruhige und trotzdem zentrumsnahe Villenlage

Wir haben die unglaublich ruhige, gepflegte und trotzdem zentrumsnahe Lage (Dom, Altstadt, Hafen, Bahnhof - alles fußläufig) sehr geschätzt. Auch der Parkplatz ist Gold wert, da eine Parkplatzsuche in Como sehr schnell zur "Mission impossible" ausarten kann. Die EG-Wohnung in der zweigeschossigen Villa (1. OG dauerhaft vermietet, völlig störungsfrei) ist sehr gemütlich. Zwei Dinge sollte man aber wissen: Ein Viertel des Weges von der Innenstadt zur Wohnung am Berg ist sehr steil, auch führt letztendlich der direkte Zugang zur Wohnung, auch vom Parkplatz aus, über eine enge und steile Steintreppe. Für nicht ganz so fitte Personen oder gar Gehbehinderte kann das problematisch werden. Die Küche (u.a. 4-Platten-Gasherd, Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Backofen) ist platzmäßig nicht gerade üppig und für Kochfreudige vielleicht eher frustrierend. Wir hätten uns auch über eine Spülmaschine gefreut. Vermieterin total nett und war für Rückfragen immer sofort verfügbar.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieterin, tolle Umgebung. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus wandern nach Brunate. Toll ist bei Hitze im Hochsommer die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wir genossen das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Es ist sehr ruhig. Sollten wir noch einmal in die Gegend kommen, werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Lage nur für sportliche Menschen

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Weg hinauf ist etwas beschwerlich, wenn man steile Hänge nicht gewohnt ist. Es war sauber , aber das Geschirr muss erst nochmal gespült werden und es war vom Vormieter komplett schmutzig und musste erstmal per Hand abgewaschen werden um es nutzen zu können.

the villa is located in a very quiet and residential area, on the top of a private street large enough for every kind of vehicle. There is a private FREE parking, real rarity for the area ! It is also my habit to wash the dishes before use if they are not mine, but they were checked when the guest chenged !

Très beau séjour à Côme

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Côme dans l'appartement de Costanza. L'appartement est magnifique et bien équipé. Il bénéficie d'une grande terrasse. La localisation dans le centre de Côme nous a permis de visiter la ville à pied. Mais aussi de visiter d'autres villes du lac de Côme, le lac Majeur, le lac d'Orta et Milan (le plus pratique étant de prendre le train de Côme pour se rendre à Milan). Un grand merci à Costanza pour sa gentillesse !

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Dank der Wegbeschreibung, die wir als Zusatzinfo von Costanza erhielten, haben wir die Unterkunft nach etwas Suchen gefunden. Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, abseits vom Straßenlärm. Zum Zentrum waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir konnten unseren Wagen auf dem abgeschlossenen Innenhof abstellen, was, aufgrund angespannte Parkplatzsituation in Como, sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es gab alles was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Costanza war sehr freundlich und das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos. Falls wir mal wieder in Como ein paar nette Tage verbringen wollen, werden wir gerne wieder zurückkommen.

La maison est propre . Très bien située . A deux pas du centre ville et au calme. Terrasse agréable. Literie et matelas de qualité très moyenne cependant. Pas vraiment confortable. Et avis aux motards: en cas de grêle la propriétaire refusera catégoriquement de garer vos motos à l’intérieur de son très vaste garage qui dispose pourtant de toute la place vacante nécessaire 🧐. Pas très gentil. Voilà tout.

la proprietaria offre gratuitamente un parcheggio per posto auto in area privata scoperta di fronte alla casa ed è stato consentito di parcheggiare oltre all'automobile anche due moto, sempre gratuitamente. Durante il soggiorno non ha grandinato e comunque le moto non erano state comunicate in precedenza. Per questo favore neppure un " GRAZIE " Il grande garage è di esclusivo uso della proprietaria, contenendo effetti personali, e mai fù mostrato agli ospiti .........nè offerto nell'annuncio ! Un dettaglio : la signora , nonostante le ripetute richieste, non mi ha trasmesso i documenti d'identità per l'espletamento della registrazione in Questura .

Wer im August nach Como geht, ist sehr froh, dass es in der Wohnung mit antiken Möbeln eine sehr gute Klimaanlage gibt. Da wir mit unserem Hund angereist waren, waren wir sehr froh um die umzäunte Gartenanlage und die sehr große Terrasse. Den, nur 15 Minuten entfernten See Montorfano haben wir gerne am Morgen aufgesucht, da man da mit Hund in aller Ruhe ein paar Schwimmrunden drehen konnte. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Très joli appartement dans une maison des années 20 rénovée avec goût tout en conservant l'âme de la maison. Très bien située à proximité de Côme mais cependant au calme et en pleine nature. Costanza était à l'écoute et a été d'une grande aide pour résoudre un souci logistique en fin de séjour. A recommander à 100 %.

Großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung

Sehr schönes Domizil in einer gut erhaltenen Villa auf einer Anhöhe von Como. Unsere Vermieterin gab uns tolle Tips für Unternehmungen, das Auto brauchten wir während des Aufenthalts nicht vom eingezäunten Gelände zu fahren - alles war fußläufig oder mit dem Boot zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
