The cottage was exactly as described in a super location, close to the beach and centre of Numana. The hosts were on hand with very helpful local information.We had a lovely stay and would recommend a visit to this lovely part of Italy.

Lovely cottage

Wonderful stay!

We had a really wonderful time in the little cottage. The location is superb, the owner and the manager did everything to make our stay perfect! We loved hanging out on our sunchairs in the garden in the evening watching the fireflies and listening to the crickets chirping. The cottage offers everything you need for hanging out, cooking, making coffee, but there are so many amazing restaurants close by that you don t need to do much yourself! Can highly recommend!

Wunderschõne Anlage in der dieses « cottage » eine ehemalige Remise sitzt, neben herrlichem Herrenhaus, aber abgeschottet genug. Orangenbäume, Feigenbäume, Datteln, Weintrauben und vor allem Rosmarin umgeben Haus und Cottage.Kleines Paradies nicht weit vom Strand. Schöne Sitzbereich draußen und 2 Sonnenliegen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Michaela. Für uns war es leider die ganze Woche zu heiß, aber Spaziergang zum Strand morgens um 7, Baden und dann einen Espresso in einer Bar am Strand war ein herrlicher Tagesanfang. Dafür konnten wir während der heißesten Zeit Siesta bzw. Dolce far niente machen.Super freundlicher Vermieter, der sich auch aus der Ferne perfekt um uns gekümmert hat. Kommen hoffentlich mal wieder. Beste Empfehlung !!!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! L'host Guido di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare. Il cottage è favoloso, fresco, pulito e immerso in un giardino dove si può godere di relax e tranquillità. Anche il mare è spettacolare, con varie spiagge facilmente raggiungibili in 10 minuti, consiglio di non portare in spiaggia troppe cose perché essendo un paesino a picco sul mare, tornando a piedi la risalita potrebbe essere un po' faticosa, ma assolutamente fattibile.La nostra vacanza è stata eccezionale in tutti i sensi: buon cibo, mare limpido, persone amichevoli e località tranquilla con tutti i confort.Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Guido e famiglia!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus , alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, zum Strand ist es nicht weit und gute Restaurants sind auch ln der Nähe. Guido und Michele waren tolle Gastgeber und standen für Fragen immer mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank !

Wer Ruhe sucht, der ist hier Bestens aufgehoben

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit weitläufigem Garten. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Lage Klasse. Alle Strände in Numana und Sirolo gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Gut , mit Abstrichen

Numana ist eine Reise wert!Das Haus bedarf dringend der Renovierung. Vor allem das Bad . Vermieter und Hausmeister sind sehr hilfsbereit und machen vieles möglich.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Schönes kleines Häuschen, das wesentlich besser ausgestattet war, als in der Beschreibung stand (Waschmaschine, kleine Spülmaschine), schöner Garten mit tollem Baumbestand. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Der Strand (Kiesstrand) mit tollem Blick auf den Monte Conero ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hinterland ist wunderschön mit jeder Menge beeindruckender Städte. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen abwechslungsreichen, erholsamen Urlaub geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Casetta sotto querce,pini e acace

Piccola casetta in un giardino bellissimo con tante piante che consentono di riposare al fresco. Zona tranquilla e comoda per il mare ed il centro paese.
